フロントのスタッフやハウスキーパーも、大変親切でした。こちらの段取りミスで、困っていた際には、フロントの人が助けてくれました。

Pros:

Eine schlaflose Nacht auf durchgelegener Matratze bei der man jede Feder der uralten Matratze spürte. Kein Tisch, kein Stuhl siehe Bilder, laut a.d.Gang und der Straße. Dünne Bettdecke im Februar, musste in der Kleidung schlafen so schlafen überhaupt möglich war. Bad a.d.Gang ohne Shampoo etc.

Bad hotel
Pros:

How they can call this place a 4 star a hotel is beyond words. My shed out in my back garden is more luxurious than this. Myself and my wife had to wear socks on the floor all the time over the floor geing so dirty, we did say this but the man just shrugged his head. The bathroom tiles on the floor were all cracked and were glued together. It was horrible. I would not recommend this to my dog let alone to a person 😔

Fraud!
Pros:

I was in the Frankfurt area for a business trip. This is one of the most awful hotel I've ever been. Considering the 90euro I paid per night, it's basically a fraud.

The whole hotel was incredible smelly (cigarettes and food), but the toilet in the room was even worse. It smelled of urine.
By the way I was somehow lucky because I colleague of mine slept 1 night in a room without toilet. Bathroom was shared among 6 rooms. If you consider he paid 90euro for a room without toiler, you understand why I am talking about fraud.

The room was dirty and some stuff broken, e.g. lamp close to the bed, tablet on toilet bowl, and so on.

Person working there was unfriendly (yes, I saw a single person in 3 days). I had the feeling he was making fun of me the whole staying there.

Breakfast was poor but somehow I could survive with that. A part a watery cafe, everything was cold without any hot stuff.

There was wifi connection in the room. It was slow, but acceptable.
