Da migliorare se si vuole mantenere certi prezzi
Pros:

ottima colazione, letto comodo, camera ampia, posizione super centrale e comoda per tutto

Cons:

le camere sono comunque vecchiotte, la pulizia approssimativa e lo staff è composto da ragazzi giovanissimi che perlopiù poveri non sanno da che parte sono girati, tranne un paio più sul pezzo. La ragazza alla reception non troppo amichevole. Ristorante interno troppo costoso per ciò che offre se non sei in mezza pensione. Doccia rotta, prese elettriche quasi staccate dal muro. Per farla breve: andrebbe bene solo se si pagasse molto molto meno.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Camera stupenda con grosso letto circolare, rifinita in legno, spaziosa, con due balconcini. Bellissima struttura situata in centro. Colazioni e cene favolose. Personale professionale, cordiale ed estremamente gentile e meticoloso. Ampio spazio privato antistante il bar del hotel ove parcheggiare in tutta sicurezza le moto. Il prossimo anno sarò lì!

È il secondo anno di fila che alloggiamo al K2, ma non penso torneremo, purtroppo.
Pros:

Il personale di sala e reception è stato molto cordiale, soprattutto il ragazzo con i capelli ricci sempre vestito elegante (immagino fosse il responsabile di sala). Una nota positiva anche per il cameriere del pub, con i capelli corti ricci, che ho visto più la mattina rispetto alla sera. Gentilissimo anche lui!
La posizione è ottimale, ci sono molte attività vicino: negozi, trekking, parco avventura, ecc.
Il pub è molto carino, sempre pieno di persone, anche del luogo. C'è un'atmosfera vivace che abbiamo adorato.

Cons:

Iniziamo dalle pulizie delle stanze:
INESISTENTE.
Le camere non vengono pulite durante il pernottamento, è grasso che cola se viene "rifatto" il letto e passata l'aspirapolvere. Ti riforniscono solo di carta igienica e non vengono puliti nemmeno i sanitari (me ne sono accorta perché una macchiolina che stava sulla tazza prima del passaggio della cameriera è rimasta lì anche dopo il suo passaggio). Il lavandino al 100% non viene pulito, perché il rubinetto è rimasto macchiato di calcare per tutta la permanenza. Il letto viene semplicemente coperto. I capelli che possono cadere durante la notte, rimangono lì, nessuno li toglie.
Da uno dei faretti ci è caduto in testa un bel grumo di polvere che noi poi abbiamo buttato, però ci sarebbe stato da lamentarsi ampiamente. Il pavimento è sporco, perché non viene lavato. La doccia non ha una copertura frontale, quindi non si può fare una doccia senza allagare il bagno.
In camera si muore di caldo e non c'è nulla per fare un po' d'aria, capisco che siamo in montagna ma ormai fa caldo ovunque. Non si possono lasciare le finestre aperte perché prive di zanzariere, quindi entrano vespe e mosche.
Le pulizie vengono fatte in 3/5 minuti per camera, quindi non vengono fatte.
Assurdo che in un albergo dove vengono accolti cani, le pulizie siano praticamente inesistenti.

Il cibo:
Qualità nettamente inferiore rispetto all'anno passato. Proposte dei piatti discutibili (che cos'è la pasta tonno e ricotta in Piemonte?), risotti sempre scotti, anche la pasta niente di che, sempre tutto poco saporito. Abbiamo avuto davvero poche opzioni tipiche piemontesi. Rispetto all'anno scorso non sembrava nemmeno di mangiare nello stesso posto.
L'acqua che viene servita a ristorante, te la fanno pagare a parte (quindi non compresa nella mezza pensione) a 3 euro al litro, ma che acqua è? Non è nemmeno in bottiglia ma del depuratore. Prezzo ASSURDO.

Posizione ottima, in centro. Bella la stanza, arredata con gusto

Cons:

Non mi sono piaciuti i cuscini del letto, erano bitorzoluti, si può rimediare velocemente con cuscini nuovi.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location, will definitely visit again
Pros:

Wonderful, lively hotel located in a picturesque
Alpine town. The staff were super helpful and friendly (particularly Eduardo who went out of his way to help us with a late check-in and food options. The junior family suite was extremely comfortable, spacious, and clean. Overall a brilliant stay and we will definitely visit again.

Pros:

The single staff member who was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable was Eduardo at the check-in.

Otherwise, restaurant staff and morning checkout person were surly and careless. The room was tiny, and there were no amenities whatsoever. The restaurant was lame, both meals. The location inconvenient. The very worst was not a drop of hot water for a shower in the morning. The checkout person never bothered to ask how was my stay. I could not have been more pleased to leave this dreadful hotel with badly trained staff.
