Superb apartment/hotel with super helpful staff & great central location
Pros:

Well appointed one bedroom apartment with AC clean had everything you needed. Central location but also quiet within the rooms. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive

Cons:

飯店維修人員搞錯房號進入我們房間修床墊，離開時忘了拔掉房間的燈卡，害我以為有人闖入我們房間，飯店主管一開始無法掌握狀況，費時許久才弄清楚狀況，我們因此到快22點才吃晚餐。飯店管理顯然有嚴重漏洞及疏失，後果卻由住客承擔。

Location to train station was excellent. Could not get any closer really. Everything was clean and plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice aparthotel and facilities
Pros:

Nice aparthotel, staff were fantastic, efficient, friendly. Great location. Top facilities, coffee machine and pods, tea/coffee sachets and milk in the fridge. Had recycling, food waste bin, plenty of towels and extra bedding. Sofa beds easy to set up.

Cons:

Room was a little dirty. Marks on the walls, clump of hair in the middle of folded towel. Coffee mug was stained on arrival. Aircon unit seemed to turn to heating overnight which wasn't great in a heatwave, only realised each morning when waking or would have asked how to stop that happening. Shower was a little awkward, the adjustable head would not move any higher so uncomfortable for us being tall

Staff were kind to give a peaceful accommodation before highly stressful exam
Staff were extremely pleasant, I would choose to stay in this property again in a heartbeat:)

Cons:

Had a weird smell in the hallway - I don't think that's specific to this place, I m sure it's difficult to manage, they are keeping clean and managing this as best as they could
