Chateau Towers Hotel Apartment

This apartment is located right in the heart of Accra. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The security on the apartment was very good and the receptionists were very helpful, especially Winnard who couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was very spacious and Air Conditioning in every room. If I come back to Accra again I would 100% stay here.

When I entered the building and saw what appeared to be feces smeared on the wall by the elevator, I pointed it out to the receptionist and concluded that the building was dirty and not sanitized. When I entered the apartment it smelled like mildew and everything was wore out, dingy and old looking. When I saw electrical wires hanging from the wall in the living room, I immediately exited the property and informed the staff that I couldn’t stay at this property. The outside of the building is wore out and all the paint is chipped all over the property. When you enter and exit the property, people are hanging out and it does not appear to be a safe neighborhood. Nothing is beautified as it appears to be on the booking site. False advertisement and Expedia should remove the property from its rental list. I’m waiting for Expedia to refund my money for the booking.

Stay at Château Towers was spacious,, relaxing, and a good bang for the buck. I rented the one bedroom / 1.5 bath apartment it had everything you needed including washer, full kitchen, and king bedroom. Clean. Great pool. Only ask that property should fix the air-conditioning at the gym because inadequate ac there makes a great gym almost unusable. Also, enough dishes for 4 instead of 2 people would be good. Other than that, perfect stay and would recommend.

Hotel room had a sewage smell coming from sink my first few days of my stay. I had to go out buy bleach to pour down drain to help mask the ordor. Some kitchen appliances were inoperable, such as the oven. Customer service was a little slow had to follow up with staff to get things done. Lastly, room safe stop working and staff had to cut the back of the safe open to get my passport out, nearly damaging it the process. Overall, decent place if you are on a budget, but will probably not stay here again.

Location was great with many restaurants around especially Breakfast till Breakfast (look for it as it doesnt show up on google). Large space in all rooms. Weinard at reception was great and always willing to help and find solutions to our problems....which were a lot considering the price paid and the high reviews the apartments got.
1) no mirror in any room except for small mirrors in bathrooms (real problem)
2) room may not be as depicted in photos on the internet (lack of furniture in our apartment like desk, chair, and lampshades in room)
3) No floor rug going into the apartment which made floor muddy from rain outside.

The building was not very well kept. Dirty lift and cupboards.

I may consider staying again in the future. Just simple details that were overlooked.

Location is great very close to shops and bars in Osu. Staff very courteous and helpful. Winnard and Maud didn’t disappoint, very willing to help whatever time you contact them. The cleaning ladies worked efficiently to keep the apartment in good condition. I will recommend to friends and family anytime. I will plan my next visit with my family.

This place is absolutely superb, excellent location, the road the apartment is on is not too busy...just right. The apartment is a stone throw from the famous Oxford street in Accra. Right in the heart of the Capital. You are spoilt for choice in eatery places, supermarkets, gift shops, transportation, clubs, bars, local markets, boutiques, hair salons, beauty parlours to name but a fewer.. The apartment is so comfortable, clean and spacious.. in fact just how I like it. You have so much privacy, I felt like I was in my own apartment. The place is safe and secured. Security is excellent...very tight. All the staff are so nice, very accommodating and always ready to help. Wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Spent valentines and 6 nights at this facility with my wife and it was awesome . Nice and clean rooms, welcoming staff and security was top notch .
Definitely staying there on my next visit to Ghana

The towels in the bathroom were red and blue in color . Not decent for a hotel. The window blinds of the bedrooms too light and makes room hot and difficult to rest in the afternoon. Not satisfied with the facilities.

The hotel was great, clean and the staff was great.

Once again a very pleasant stay at Chateau Towers. Everything was ready for me when I arrived.
This time they had taken the time to install a WiFi unit inside my unit to ensure that I had good coverage, so my feedback from my last visit was reacted upon. Excellent service.
I was also informed this time that the pool had opened and that I of course had access to the pool.
If you are missing anything during your stay all you have to do is contact the staff and they bring it to you within minutes.

The hotel is close to Osu center but far enough away to avoid the noise.
I was amazed with the size of the apartment, big living room with seating and dinner table.
Everything was brand new so there were a few things "missing" in the kitchen but you just send the staff a note on WhatsApp or call the Manager on Duty and they bring it within minutes. Amazing friendly and fast service.
What was missing: knifes, wine glasses and regular glasses. Nothing that was not corrected within minutes.
