Nimic. Nu va cazați aici ca va luați o mega teapa. Eu am facut reclamatie deja sa imir ecuperez banii.
Nu e nimic ca in poze! Ușile camerelor sunt sparte semn ca a fost ceva bordel acolo. Plina de mucegai. Efectv nu e niciun perete fera mucegai. Jegul si mizeria sunt la superlativ. Oglinzile efectiv pline de toate cele, mesele te lipești de ele. Spun ca au parcare dar aceasta nu exista! Au ditai ghetele degunoi in fata si pute totul a gunoi. Am cerut banii înapoi pentru ca nu puteam sa stau cu un copil de 3 luni in mucegai si cu o camera care nu se închide, probabil ii voi recupera cu protecția consumatorului. Nu va cazați aici ca e mega înșelătorie.

Estancia cómoda y muy agradable, muy recomendable

Was initially disappointed that place wasnt as glamorous as shown in pictures, but overall had an okay stay.

The staff were great and the overall location is near many attractions

Cons:

Pictures show the property as glamorous but in reality it is so worn out and many things are broken or don’t work. Needs some maintenance to be more comfortable. And Murphy beds were such a hazard with their sharp corners era that we got hurt multiple times from it.

Apartamentul a fost mare, spatios chiar și un mic balcon, exact ca în poze. Personalul foarte amabil și de ajutor Apa caldă, chiar fierbinte, baia destul de mare

Cons:

Parcarea în fata hotelului, doar 2 locuri, într-adevăr gratis dar greu de prins, Wi-Fi prost, uneori fără conexiune. Locația hotelului este pe o panta foarte abrupta, te omoară drumurile 😁

Good value for the money but with a couple of minuses to be aware of
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and everyone including each receptionist and the girls from the cleaning team spoke english well enough so there was no issue regarding comunicating. They were always willing to help with any need that we had or when asking for any information. The Wi-fi worked just fine, with the mention that the further you were going from the physical router on the hallway, the slower the speed was becoming, but can't complain much. The facilities that were available inside the apartment all worked fine, the ac's despite looking very old on the outside, worked perfectly, also with the mention that the one in the living room (there were 2 ac's) had a broken grille and was making a louder noise compared to the one in the bedroom, which when set on silence mode was not making any noise whatsoever. The bathroom didn't have a window, but the ventilation worked perfectly, as no smell managed to get into the living room, despite the fact that the door wasn't actually sealed to the edges. The apartment was true to the pictures, maybe just a bit smaller in reality than how pictures may look like at first, but nothing different than what i expected. Also, it must be kept in mind that Gen Suites it's at the time of this review a 2 star hotel, which i found out only after buying, because i used booking specifically looking for apartments. The price was great indeed, much lower than what you can find in the area, but the conditions were also not the best as i'll mention below.

Cons:

The biggest minus was the cleanness, which altough there's a cleaning team which comes to the door everyday around noon-afternoon time, it looked like no one cleaned it. There was dust in certain areas, there was hair on the floor, among lint and the floor was just dirty in general. Some of the towels and bedsheets had some stains, but they were smelling like they had been washed, it was just stains that didn't come out through regular washing. The handles of the kitchen drawers were dirty with such a crust that would've required a special degreasing solution as i've tried to use wet wipse to clean them but they were useless. The electric stove was also covered around with an very old crust which was impossible to clean with dish soap and a regular dish washing sponge as i have tried to do that also. Can't say that the dishes were too dirty but i washed everything before using regardless. Some of the furniture was damaged but not broked, by damage i mean appearance wise, it looked like on the outside some people which stood there really treated the place like animals unfortunately. Like the overall look around, of the walls, furniture, seemed to appear in bad condition on the outside, but as i've said, the stuff there wasn't broken, just poor quality on the surface, especially compared to the perfect pictures. The only thing that was actually broken was the hinge on the top of the bathroom floor which was meant to keep it together. Because of that, the door was hard to close nicely and tight, as it has a weird system, being split in the middle, but it wasn't a big problem, just something which could be fixed for overall experience.
