Ottimo hotel assolutamente da consigliare
Pros:

Posizione fantastica, molto vicina alla metro London bridge. Camere enormi perfettamente insonorizzate ( avevamo la senior) con frigobar gratis - rifornito giornalmente. Bagno completo di tutto e di buone dimensioni. Letto comodo

Ci è piaciuto tutto, unici piccoli appunti : Colazione di ottima qualità in un salone fantastico, ma un poco monotona. Camere molto belle, ma sarebbe stato bello poter aprire la finestra

Cons:

Paid extra online for breakfast but was told on arrival no breakfast was included in the price paid via booking.com. Bathroom had loose tiles, bed cover was stained, mattress was too hard for my taste. Bar closed at 9:45pm on a bank holiday weekend so wasn’t able to enjoy after a meal out, which I found unusual.

Lovely easter break.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, excellent location. Staff very attentive. Facilities in room were better than expected.

Pros:

the location was fabulous.
the suite we had very roomy and comfy - much bigger than similar places we looked at for the same money.
dinner and drinks were great in a lovely space - especially the cocktails with an indian twist and 2 for 1 during happy hour.
staff were helpful and attentive
free mini bar for soft drinks and snacks that was regularly topped up.
had parking right outside - £40 for 24 hours but so handy.
The Bridge Theatre was 1 minute away.
Surrounded by lovely places to eat and drink.
London Bridge tube station was 7 mins walk.

Cons:

for a five star hotel the only thing we didnt like - and don't laugh was the toiletries. I wish I had brought my own shampoo as they only gave you a combined shampoo and conditioner?
Also the frst night we got there we were very tired and just wanted to chill in the room but the TV only really had terrestrial channels so we couldnt watch a film or anything like that.
We had a bed put into our room for one extra night which was comfy and lovely for my son but he wanted to go somewhere to sit away from us but there is a lack of communal spaces to allow this.
Finally the air con in the room seemed hard to control and we did get hot in the night.
none of the above would stop us from returning especially if we were seeing something at The Bridge Theatre

Undoubtedly a very nice hotel, but 5-star?
Pros:

Very elegant-looking and feeling hotel with friendly staff. Room was tastefully decorated, very comfortable, with a nice view of The Shard. Slept very nicely in the large bed. The bathroom was stylish and equipped with a lovely shower and one of those hi-tech toilets. Great location a short walk away from Tower Bridge and London Bridge Station.

Cons:

I expected better service from a 5-star hotel. There was no doorman/concierge and I had to ask the staff for help with my luggage coming in and out. The toiletries provided were cheap and so were the complimentary snacks and drinks. Also no complimentary slippers provided. Would not have mentioned any of these things here if it were advertised as a 4-star.
