Breakfast needs to be explained before you sit down.
Second stay here . Building is stunning , there is parking and if you get a spot it is very reasonable - Q-Park close if not. Love the location . So accessible to everything .
The bedrooms are beautiful , and lots of little added extras -
The staff are exceptional and can’t do enough for you.
Also try the restaurant if you stay as the food here is fabulous too.

Great location, good parking on site at front of property and felt safe
This was not worth the price: hotel bar closes before 11, shower was inadequate, it took too long to have anything delivered to your room and there was no iron or ironing board in the room. The hotel overall felt very outdated, especially given the price and comparable hotels nearby. It is also a maze to navigate to your room.

They managed to think of everything, down to the smallest detail. We were quite impressed.

The hotel exceeded what I was expecting as it didn’t cost the earth to stay, the hotel was quality from the front door onwards, quality staff, check in and check out was excellent and the maids were generally happy and always said hello, we didn’t actually use the bar/ restaurant as we had already pre booked things to do whilst we were there however next time we will. The location was excellent, 2 minutes stroll and you are at the Tower Bridge, 10mims stroll and you’re at the shard, also 10 minutes walk from the station so very easy to get to.
The bed was a little small, the room was a standard double but it was a double bed which these days most couples are used to a king size bed so it actually makes a difference, I did try and get the next room up but it literally went as I was looking at the facilities, you snooze you lose!
