Pros:

Отличное местоположение отеля, очень хороший просторный номер. Понравилось спа, 4 вида сауны. Болгарский массаж великолепен.

Cons:

Вода в душевой долго не уходит и вытекает за пределы из- за неправильного угла наклона. Завтраки скудные и однообразные. Не было даже яичницы или омлета

Pros:

although we received an upgrade, I must be honest and tell the good and bad parts: plenty of space and nice view. location is perfect. looks nice in the pictures. the lady from the cleaning was very nice, she did her job perfectly. the receptionists were nice as well.

Cons:

it's mixed with Princess Casino and the main reception when you enter it's the one of the casino not the hotel. it feels that this is accommodation for gamblers not for family. the furniture is quite old and not so well maintained. they smoke in the room and probably the filtered air from the casino is pumped into the rooms. There are just a few families with kids, the rest of customers are lonely men that lose their money in the casino.

Все замечательно
Pros:

Все очень замечательно. Начну с ресепшен, девушка Нонна очень внимательная и отзывчивая, побольше бы таких работников. Спа это отдельная история, я очень довольна, что выбрали именно этот отель; бассейн чистый, и в принципе в отеле очень чисто, большое разнообразие саун, отдельная любовь ментоловая парилка. В номерах чисто, прекрасно пахнет.
