An ok place to stay but for the same price there is better
Pros:

The location is perfect in the middle of old Batumi close to the touristic places and sea.
Staff is friendly

Cons:

The cigarette smoke from the casino in the hotel lobby: very unhealthy and unpleasant. You can smell the smoke even in rooms corridors.
The hotel needs a fresher look.
Very mediocre breakfast: no pastries, no pork policy, understaffed or poor management so tables were not cleared fast enough.

קיצר חשמל גרם לכך שהזמנו אנשי תחזוקה 6 פעמים תוך 24 שעות שהיינו, כל פעם הרימו את הפקק ואחרי שעה שוב הפסקת חשמל.
מצב בלתי נסבל, לא הספקנו כלום.

אהבתי את המיקום ,את החדר הנקיוח הסדר ,היחס של אנשי הצוות מעולה בקבלה ובחדר האוכל מעולה אדיב .

חדר אוכל מאכזב מעט ,צריך לרענן אותו יחד עם התפריט של ארוחת בוקר. יש תקלות תכופות במכונות הקפה . היה נחמד יותר אם מלצר היה מכין קפה לאורחים .
