Excellent Stay for a Friend’s Wedding with Outstanding Service and Location

My stay at Hyatt Regency Andares Guadalajara in April 2026 was excellent. I traveled for a friend’s wedding, and the hotel consistently delivered a high level of service and quality that made the trip both productive and enjoyable.
The location is outstanding, with convenient access to some of the best restaurants and shopping in the Andares area, it is a perfect setting whether you are traveling for business or leisure.
The rooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable, providing a quiet environment to unwind after a long day, cleanliness across the hotel was clearly a priority, and everything felt well cared for.
The service truly stood out, staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to help, this level of hospitality made a noticeable difference throughout my stay.
I also had the opportunity to dine at Cassola, where both the food quality and presentation were excellent, complemented by great service.
In terms of value, the overall experience aligns well with expectations for a property of this caliber, one area for improvement would be offering business center access as a standard amenity for Hyatt members, as this would further enhance the experience for business travelers.
Overall, a very strong stay, and I would definitely return on future visits to Guadalajara.

Buena ubicación y camas cómodas, pero fallas importantes.

Buena ubicación y las camas dobles grandes pues pudimos dormir cómodamente mi esposo mi hija y yo.

Cons:

La primera noche nos asignaron una habitación en la que fue imposible descansar, ya que se filtraba constantemente el ruido de un motor desde el exterior. A la mañana siguiente lo reportamos y amablemente nos cambiaron de habitación.
Si bien en la nueva habitación ya no había ese problema, durante la madrugada el baño presentaba un olor muy desagradable, similar al de un excusado. Considero que este es un punto bastante delicado, especialmente tratándose de un hotel de este nivel y costo, donde la expectativa es no tener ningún tipo de incomodidad, y menos en algo tan básico como el baño.
Otra cosa, el desayuno deberia ser más variado..para mi la proteina no fue suficiente.
Ojalá que en una próxima estancia estos aspectos estén mejores y sobre todo completamente solucionado lo del baño, ya que por lo demás la experiencia podría ser mucho mejor.

Exceeded Expectations
Pros:

Beautiful Hotel, with great service, comfortable room and close to great shopping and dining. We took advantage of the Regency Club, which provided breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks and happy hour.

Pros:

Incredible experience attending with friends for a wedding. I can't wait to come back! The hotel was clean and smelled amazing! The staff was very friendly and the location was prime. We were able to walk to some of the most amazing resturants.
