A good place to stay for catching an early flight

The staff person when I checked in was not very helpful; however, the young man the next morning was extremely helpful and kind.

I’m on a road trip with my kids and needed and clean comfortable place to stay for one night. This was perfect.

I expected more, given it is a Hilton. I used to work for Hilton, and this was a far cry.
Pros:

breakfast was good! Lots of choices and good coffee.

Cons:

The room was quite tiny, no windows to see out of; could not open the blinds. The staff was VERY casual. Maybe that's what this hotel is styled after, but it was a bit alarming to see the hotel front staff wearing oversized tee-shirts... not a big deal, but it smacks of a lack of professionalism. Also, the front desk girl could not find my reservation for quite some time, and had trouble giving me a card key, as her machine wasn't working. Luckily, my family who had arrived earlier were already in the room, so I just gave up.
