The bed linens and pillows all need to be replaced. Fresh bed linens are a must.
Pros:

Close to the airport with an early morning flight and prompt airport shuttle.

Cons:

The beds had dirty sheets that appeared to not have been changed.

Hotel was ok, area was not.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

This is an extremely noisy hotel and the area that it is located is going downhill. There is a large encampment of unhoused people behind the gas station next door. Not safe after dark.

I honestly probably wouldn’t stay here again. Nothing against the staff or Hilton. Maybe in another part of town.

Room was kinda small but doable. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom and shower was probably one of the better ones I’ve seen. Probably the worst part of the trip is NO BACON!! for breakfast. The breakfast to me wasn’t anything to brag about. To me it wasn’t a very good. The area around the hotel is full of homeless people. Not the hotels fault but it is an ongoing problem with many large cities.

I would not recommend staying here again
Pros:

The room was kind of dirty. The bathroom was dirty. There was dust all over. the fingernail-clippings on the carpet.

Cons:

The dirtiness of the room, the uncomfortable beds the fact that there was no curtains on the window. It was so bright in the morning.

Pros:

Staff and room were great!

Cons:

Only real negative is trying to get to property from opposite side of road. Had to do a U-turn on very busy street.

Pros:

I entered the room and felt at home due to the WELCOME KAREN on the TV Screen. I've stayed at a lot of places and this was the first time I've seen this. Automatically I felt appreciated.
