Delavan Lake Resort

By far the best resort and amenities in Delavan!!
Have stayed here for over 15 years and still coming back to perfection !!
Two beautiful pools and an amazing hot tub that calls my name from Chicago frequently!!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Delavan Lake Resort. This was our third time visiting, and we continue to choose this property because of its excellent location and the overall value it provides. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The guest rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a very relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great experience on the lake and look forward to coming back again soon!

Best place ever!!! We stay here every year in December for my birthday. All the condos have been amazing but this time we were blown away!!! Room 123 absolutely incredible!!!!!!!!!! On same floor as pool and game room win for us for our 13 yr olds!!!!! Place is incredible and beautiful with amazing walk out balcony with lake view. King bed the most comfortable we have ever had!!!!! Front desk Staff here truly are wonderful and so nice!!!!!

Very clean and room was huge. The 2 bedroom suite would be a fantastic room for a large family or even a couple of families that could share the room. Right on the water and the sunsets would be amazing.

Once again, we had an amazing time with our friends and family (15 people total). We love the accommodations and spaces to gather together. This resort has made efforts to keep the experiences and rooms here up to date and fun. We’ve been enjoying Lake Delavan Resort since it opened. We were disappointed several years ago when things weren’t as nice as they once had been. Luckily, efforts have been made to make this spot even more fantastic than it was in its earliest days! Todd and his team are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

The resort is nice. Small and quiet when we were there. Parts of our room were nice, but the one we had needed a major update. Peeling paint on the cabinets, grungy baseboards and bathroom. Appliances probably from the 80's.

Pool was great, had it all to myself in the morning!

Beautiful, quiet location on Lake Delavan that is convenient to Lake Geneva & Delavan. Great facility with friendly, helpful staff ... all suites with many amenities. Have stayed there 4-5 times and will return.

We were pleasantly surprised at this hidden gem in Lake Delavan. Although it was a 15mn drive from Lake Geneva it was located right on the lake. It didn't have access to a beach however you could walk a few minutes to the public beach area. They did have a small dock for fishing however it's also busy with rental boats. The resort as beautiful, quaint and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We went mid September and the outdoor pool was still open. It has a sister property and you are now to use some of their amenities as well. Even though it didn't have a restaurant the one located inside the other property was amazing. We are hoping to go back for christmas!

It was really nice had a couple problems, no remote for the TV in the bedroom and ceiling fan didn't work in that bedroom also. Otherwise awesome stay

This is a beautiful property with lake views. The staff was great and went above and beyond. There is no restaurant on site but so many options near by. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway I would definitely recommend this resort.

The property was conveniently located on Lake Delavan and about 11 miles to Lake Geneva. Its the perfect lodging at a great price to enjoy two tourist towns. This was my second visit in one year. I highly recommend getting a room with a a lake view. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine is breathtaking!

The Delevan Resort was perfect! I’m sad we could only stay a day! Our room was so spacious and our bed so comfortable. AND the balcony was lovely!

Each unit was unique. We went through several different rooms. Both one and two rooms. All very different and very nice

Unit 303 is a two bedroom unit with ensuite up, second BR with common bath on first floor. K, LR and balcony complete the space.
All rooms, floors, hallways, elevator were very clean. This facility has no food service, but hey....it's Lake Geneva! All types of food service within a mile. We did not use the pool but it was used quite a bit by other customer families
