Very enjoyable and seamless stay.
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable, reasonable, close to our event and the staff was outstanding. They went beyond expectations to be helpful. Next time I go to The Colony, I’ll stay at Hyatt Place.

A wonderful stay with wonderful staff!
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

The shower curtain did not close all the way and the bathroom doors are those slider types, that I wish had some sort of seal and handle.

It's a hairy situation 😞

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

When I first checked in, my room had hair all over the floor in the entry way. The room they moved me to also had hair and there was dirt on the shower curtains.

Pros:

The room was a good size and very clean. The breakfast was just ok. They used paper plates which were fair at best. There was only turkey sausage for meat.
