Hyatt Regency Xiamen Wuyuanwan will continue to strengthen and implement the registration policy, and all hotel guests are required to provide legal ID cards, while all members of MICE groups are required to register their real names and stay in their designated rooms. Participants need to promptly notify the front desk to update the registration information for room exchanges; visitors arriving at and departing from the hotel must complete the visitor registration form with the hotel security personnel. If participants do not notify the front desk of any room changes and the actual registration does not match, the hotel will retain the right to hold the relevant MICE group company responsible. The circumstances are serious, and the hotel will pursue economic losses and reputation compensation, as the visitor did not cooperate with the security personnel to perform the registration system. By right next to a mall is not bad. The hotel itself has a good Chinese restaurant, great food, wonderful staff.
The room is not up to date especially for the rate being charged for. The sunna was not hot enough, the facilities should be upgraded. 10 min outdoor walk to subway is a minus.
Location is good near airport and high speed train station. The shopping mall also next to the hotel.
Breakfast is very nice and more varaity.
The room are big and cleaness everyday. I would recommend to choose this hotel when stay in Xiamen.
I had check-out at early morning 5 AM but the system is not working to void the deposit from credit card.
The staff informed me that the system will available at 11 AM so, they will manage and send the receipt by e-mail later. This is first time I found this issue when compare with other hotel they can void the deposit immediately once customer check-out from hotel.
Stylish
Location is close from Gaoqi International Airport and it costs around 20-30 CNY by taxi. Very wide room with nice view. I also enjoyed the fitness center. The hotel is connected to the shopping mall, therefore easy to access restaurants. The very kind staff allowed me to use another room in mid-night when I claimed noise from other rooms. Front Desk helped me to call taxi even at 5:30 AM.
When I checked in, I could not change the setting of air conditioner such as temperature or even on/off.
However, it was fixed during my dinner soon after I claimed.
The restaurant close a bit too early (9pm) so we have to find something for dinner outside since we landed at the evening.

15-minute drive from XiaMen airport. The hotel is with Hyatt standard. Room is spacious. There's a shopping mall linked to the hotel, so it is very convenient to shop and eat around. Taxi to downtown area is about 30 minutes and RMB30. My most visited hotel in XiaMen.
As a long-time top-tier member with both Marriott and Hilton, I wasn’t sure what to expect from my first stay with Hyatt—but this beautiful bayside property truly went above and beyond.
Ms. Sun at the front desk made an immediate impression with her warm hospitality. Not only did she graciously upgrade us to our preferred room type, but she also took the time to patiently explain the benefits of the World of Hyatt program. Her thoughtful approach made me feel genuinely welcomed—not just by the hotel, but by the Hyatt brand as a whole.
Throughout our stay, the entire team was attentive, friendly, and professional.
The stay is good, but the location is not the best.
It was advertised as having free high speed WIFI, but the WIFI is completely useless.
