Pleasant stay
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean, valet service was friendly and responsive.

Cons:

Less of a “dislike” but more of a note. While I do think the hotel is nice, i don’t think it was $600 a night in total “nice”. Personally I think the atmosphere and amenities at least makes it a $400 a night venture. Nothing more.

Boozy tea is a must!
Pros:

This was our second time having boozy tea at the Pendry. First and foremost, it is such a fun and unique experience. What makes it even better and will keep us coming back is how passionate the staff is about the teas and bites they have created for you. Maddie was very accommodating and Tyler was so enthusiastic about each cup of tea he poured for us. It truly made our anniversary special. Would highly recommend for any special occasion or even just to liven up a Baltimore weekend.

Pros:

Amazing time at Boozy tea with Tyler. Come by and see him. You will not be disappointed. I will be back. My friends and I enjoyed the tea and food. Great atmosphere.

Spencer is Amazing!!!!!
Pros:

Spencer is amazing. We were a party of 8 that had unique restrictions on food that Spencer catered to amazingly. We had kids with diabetes and nut allergies, and a mix of diabetics and meat eaters. Spencer is the man!!!!!!

Boozy Tea was amazing
Pros:

Tyler and Brian were awesome and we will be making Boozy Tea apart of our holiday traditions! The lobster and caviar was so decadent and tasty! The scone was my sweet favorite!

Pros:

Exquisite tea mixtures, the accoutrements were an amazing compliment. My friend and I were showered with personalized service. The ambiance and music added comfort and warmth to the experience.

Ambience and staff were fantastic.

Cons:

Small things ie TV in one room didn't work and toilet kept running unless you jiggled the handle. Just expect better for the amount charged.

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere
Pros:

Came with a friend to do the Boozy Tea service at the Pendry. So much fun! It was absolutely delicious, every detail was thought through and perfectly executed. The service the spectacular and so fun! Both of our servers was lovely and we had the best time with them explaining the teas, snacks and the flavor profiles.

Dangerous trip
Pros:

I had no valet and mo doorman. I am in my 60’s and there was noone to assist me. Pking was down a dark alley and in a public pking garage. Later when I ordered room service which was delicious, I realized they cooked it with citrus which I had informed them twice I had a servere allergy to. After medical treatment for my reaction, i was still charged for the meal i did not eat more than 2 bites of.

Incredible Tour with Sincere
Pros:

I had such a wonderful experience during my tour with an incredible young man named Sincere. His open-hearted nature, genuine enthusiasm, and deep knowledge of the Pendry’s architecture and history made the entire visit unforgettable. He shared so many fascinating details—stories you’d never know unless someone truly passionate took the time to point them out.

Because of him, I left feeling inspired to return again and again, and to bring every friend who visits me in Baltimore so they can experience it too.

I would highly recommend the Pendry. Everything was perfect.
Pros:

We just stayed at the Pendry in Baltimore. Our stay was amazing. The hotel is wonderful, and you could not ask for a better location and view. They were decorated for the holidays and it was beautiful. The entire hotel was very clean and had every amenity you could ask for. Every single staff member (check in, valet, bartenders & wait staff, and housekeeping), were all friendly, professional, welcoming and helpful. We felt very special. There is not one thing I would change or suggest to improve the hotel. I would highly recommend staying at the Pendry.
