Das Hotel hat ein tolles öffentliches Bad und das Abendessen (kleine Auswahl) ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück hat eine schöne Auswahl und war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Zug in die Stadt fährt nur jede halbe Stunde.

Great location, only one small pillow makes it hard to sleep.
Pros:

Very close to the train station, incredibly easy to get off the train and go right to the hotel. Perfect for anyone that is taking the train from Tokyo and needs to stay overnight before heading somewhere else in Hokkaido.

Cons:

The hotel only provided one very small pillow, when I asked for another pillow they just said "no" - very hard to sleep with one very small pillow. If you need a good night sleep, bring your own pillow.

Excellent stay, really enjoyed this hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel, excellent food and really comfortable

Cons:

There was a slight language problem but it was easily and quickly rectified with translator app and it wasn’t a problem at all.

Convenient, comfortable, and welcoming stay.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was excellent and varied. Helped me prepare for a long day of travel. There was both "western," Chinese, and Japanese options. Opened promptly and service was great.

Cons:

It's hard to find fault here. Maybe more cereal options? But really - this was an excellent experience. Wish I had time to try the onsen, which opened early but I had to jet.
