I'd stay here again
Pros:

I stayed one night and caught the train to Hakodate for a visit. The hotel is very close to the train station. The rooms are as required. Breakfast was simple but great and started before 6am.

Pros:

部屋がとても綺麗で温泉も良かったしご飯も美味しかった

Cons:

設備で部屋のトイレに手を洗う場所がなくてわざわざ洗面所に行って洗ったことがちょっと手間だった。

Pros:

The hotel is very convenient, located just a few minutes from the Shinkansen station. It is quite affordable, especially considering that it includes access to the onsen and a complimentary breakfast, which was excellent. This was our fourth time staying here, and we will definitely return again in the near future.

Cons:

One small downside is that there are not many restaurants or convenience stores nearby, but overall the stay is still very comfortable and enjoyable.

Easy access to Shinkensen
Pros:

The space, the closeness to the Shinkansen station..

Cons:

The time said breakfast started at 0600. However, we were VERY excited to find it started at 0545. This, enabled us to have breakfast before we boarded the Shinkansen!

Pros:

I went to hotel later at 19:30, glad that the restaurant open until 22:00. The front desk staffs are friendly and warm welcome.

Cons:

Soy sauce ramen at the restaurant is yum yum. I ate 2 orders. Haha 😄
