Stayed for a night (2023). Everything was perfect. I don't have a single comment. This is now my hotel of choice in Riyadh.

I need to write something to satisfy the 200 character minimum. Riyadh is large and traffic can be bad. It is, therefore, good to select a hotel in a suitable location. This hotel is in the northwestern section of Riyadh, well situated in respect to the airport and the Riyadh Boulevard and other modern attractions.

l was in suite with old furniture and i know they have better ones!!!!

I arrived at 4:00 morning and I was told that I don’t have a booking even if it was already paid for, the receptionist told me they’re full and I had to call Expedia, I had only 3 hours to sleep to go for my meeting. I booked the hotel for 4 hours and waited 30 minutes arguing

Nice hotel location
Pros:

Hotel location is great, away from Riyadh's traffic yet close to Olaya and King Fahd roads. The room is spacious, well furnished and decorated, and the entire atmosphere is cozy. Other than that, it was an okay hotel.

للاسف موظف الاستقبال وليد لايجيد التعامل مع الساكن فعند تسجيل الدخول يخبر ان الخروج ١٢/٣٠ظهرا فغير المعقول الخرووح في منتصف الظهر في عز حرارة الشمس ٥٠درجه انا واطفالي والله شي يقهر مما ازعجني هذا التصرف /كذلك رائحة مجاري اكرمكم الله بالجناح
غير ذلك اسلوب البقيه رائع جدا ومسبح جميل وافطار اروع وحسن التعامل من قبل الموظفين بمطعم الافطار

ليتنا في الخدمات الفندقية مثل فنادق دبي

كل شيى ممتاز في الفندق ماعدا الإدارة المصرية في الفندق غير جيدة في المطعم مايعرفون يقدمون خدمة جيدة ولا يتعاملون بطريقة أنيقة في خدمات الغرف لم يضعو ماء ولا شاي ولاقهوة بعد تنظيف الغرف وعندما استفسرت قالي اول مرة ببلاش وثاني مرة بفلوس
