الاستقبال و الخدمة و سرعة الدخول و الفخامة و مواقف السيارات و جميع الخدمات و المطاعم و الصيدليات و السوبر ماركت و محطات الوقود و غيرها و مناسب لمن يرغب بالسفر بـراً للمدينة المنوره

Cons:

الطريق للفندق توجد بـه بعض التحويلات المؤقتة و يتسبب بصعوبة الوصول المباشر ، كراسي طاولة الطعام كبيرة جداً و ثقيله و يصعب تحريكها لكبار السن و الاطفال و ذوي الهمم ♿️

Good but pennywise management.
Pros:

The cleanliness, the room quality and furnishings.

Cons:

We booked for a family of three, yet the breakfast was only provided for two. We were asked to pay extra for the child. Similarly, despite booking for three, we were asked to pay extra for the additional roller bed we needed for the child. Clearly, when we booked we saw that paying for three guests including our child cost more so we expected after paying more for the booking to her our child’s extra bed and breakfast to be included.

موظف الاستقبال السعودي الذي استقبلنا لا يحضرني اسمه ولكن سجلت الدخول من خلاله اشكره جدا على اخلاقه وتعاممله جدا راقي شكرا لطاقم الفندق الاستقبال والموظفين شكرا جدا

Cons:

اتمنى لو يعاد تنجيد او تجديد كنب غرفة الجلوس وارضية الخشب كذلك
