A fabulous stay at this great value for money accommodation. The pool and gardens are beautiful.
Pros:

Breakfast was well improved from May 2025, when we were last at the hotel. Food was much better and hot. Egg station was great.

Cons:

There were very tiny ants on the benchtops in our room 541.

The river view is a small river, not the main waterfront that you’d think you’d get in Hoi An

Gorgeous hotel with comfortable rooms
Pros:

The room was huge and they pushed the two single beds together for us so it was MASSIVE - which was incredible - I'm not sure we can go back to a normal king size bed. The hotel was beautiful and the pool was lovely. Staff were really lovely and helpful. It was clean and comfortable and I would definitely go back.
Also, only a 15-20 minute walk to town - they had bikes too, but we never used themThe

Cons:

We were never able to find the fitness suite and the dining room was a bit small to fit all guests in. Breakfast only ran for two hours so it was a bit packed, but no reason not to stay there

Stort rom, god seng og fint bassengområde. Hotellet låg sentralt i byen og i gangavstand til gamlebyen. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Frokosten var ok, men sakana grovt brød og meir variert pålegg

Hotellet hadde sykler til utlån. Men dei var heilt ubrukelige. Kjeden hoppa av, og hadde svært dårlege bremser. Dei var rett og slett farlig å bruke

Leider dreckig und die Betten waren steinhart. Wir waren im Family Zimmer und auf dem 4. Bett konnte man nicht schlafen ohne mit einem Hexenschuss aufzuwachen. Außerdem hat das Zimmer nach Abwasser gerochen. Leider nicht so toll gewesen.

Stay here, way underrated and location very good. Nice for couples.
Pros:

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel despite reading reviews which led me to think of lousy breakfasts, damp rooms and other tiny gripes.

In truth, the breakfast was great and more than adequate. The rooms were not damp but it will require aircon in the warmer seasons because of the humidity. Nice balcony, not a noisy pool.

The beds were great, quiet at night, no noisy neighbours. Room cleaning excellent. Staff at main desk receptive to requests.

We used the bicycles and they did the job but there was someone about to adjust them before riding.

Good to very good food options nearby. All services available. Short walk to the city center, by the river, can cycle to beaches.

Cons:

I like bigger coffee cups at breakfast to reduce refilling every gulp. Never found the tomato sauce.
