Cons:

Over grown trees near the sun loungers.
Dusty gym and equipment.
Although, both never stopped me working out or sunbathing 😂

First and last time
Pros:

The pool gardens and pond’s where great

Cons:

They don’t keep up maintenance the bikes are dangerously pour breakfast 2 out of 5 nobody speaks English hardly and slow services nothing in the room as sugar or milk for coffee and cups to small breakfast 7am to 9 am not good for people on holidays over all not good value

Pros:

The area is very spacious and rooms are big

Cons:

On arrival air conditioning wasn't working so we had to move rooms.
When you go back to room at night the area around pool is not very well lit.
The breakfast is not the best. I could make new soles for my shoes with the bacon.

We wouldn't recommend. The staff is not attentive, we can find much better with the same price
Pros:

I liked the pool area.

Cons:

The staff. First, they never replied to my messageson booking asking to change date and asking for a crib. Second, when we arrived there they gave us a room on the second floor with an infant, so we had to carry our stroller up and down. Third, the AC wasn't working so my infant had a terrible night. The next morning we complained and they offered a fan. 4 hours after still nothing we were just sweating in the room.
After we complained again, someone finally offered us a room, this time on the 3rd floor. No help was offered to help with all the suitcases and stroller, no elevator remember! The breakfast could be better as well, we ended up going out for breakfast.

Excellent quite room - Poor staffing, quality of breafast & pool area

Excellent room- massive , great beds ,very comfortable, A/C brilliant, lovely quilt, superb TV , very quite room 122

Reception -clutterd filled with bags awaiting guests departure , no welcome drinks, informed check in 90 mins away - sit by pool - but no one came to advise room ready. Poor experience
Pool - 8 bedss on dry land clsoe together , 4 in water- poor environment - no space between guests
Grounds look inviting but if you walk behind the pool its the laundry room - all thrown on the floor. On closer inspection it all looks slightly dated.
Staff in passing do not even say hello
Breakfast - terrible , poor quality , no idea how to cook an omlette , staff do not even speak to you , food poor quality especially if you had the cheese and ham . Bread inedible as stale. The worst breakfast in Hoi An especially as a traveller who has been coming for over 20 years !

Pros:

Great pool and staff. Airport transfers were very reasonable and on time. Great location just far enough from the centre but close enough to walk to the markets. Minor signs of wear and tear but would stay again. Access to the bikes was a bonus although some had seen better days.

Cons:

Gym needs a bit of love. Equipment was a bit rusty but still did the job.

Les boissons et autre dans la chambre était payant pas indiqué, et le linge très cher on a payé 16€ première fois du voyage que on paie aussi cher pour du linge

Joli hôtel à 10mm à pied du centre. Bien situé. Très grande chambre donnant sur la piscine. Propre et bon petit dejeuner. Location de scooter et prêt de vélo. Bon rapport qualité prix
