Pros:

Very nice atmosphere and quiet.
The location was perfect to go see the memories show across the river. The room was very spacious.

Cons:

No elevator. The staff was not friendly and helpful. TV didn’t work.
Outside drinks and food were not allowed in the room.

Absolutely amazing hotel that was beautiful yet rustic and authentic and great location
Pros:

Absolutely perfect location. Not too far from the hustle and bustle and easy walk into the night markets/ lantern festival. The pool and rooms were amazing yet the hotel still had a rustic authentic vibe . Would definitely stay here again!!

Très belle chambre !
Pros:

La chambre était très belle et très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité. L’emplacement était pratique pour se rendre dans le centre. Et les vélos à disposition est un vrai plus pour se balader.

Cons:

La chambre se trouve dans un passage au rez-de-chaussée et c’était un peu bruyant le matin. De plus, il y a une cuisine dans la chambre mais aucun ustensiles pour l’utiliser.

Très bon hôtel à Hoi An
Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel , professionnel et attentionné
L'emplacement de l'hôtel, à 1O mn à pieds de la vielle ville de Hoi An,
Le calme des chambres en retrait de la rue, la dimension, la propreté et le confort,
La piscine bien agréable après une balade dans la ville,
les petits déjeuners copieux et variés.

Fabulously calm and relaxed small boutique hotel, within walking distance of old town!
Pros:

Fabulous and very pretty!! Large swimming pool with its surrounding ponds of Koi Carp make it feel v tranquil and calm. Great location, a 15min walk along the river from the old town. Beautiful big rooms. Spotlessly clean.. we had top floor balcony overlooking the pool. Recommend asking for this if you book the deluxe suite!

Good place to stay for a few days.
Pros:

Safe, well kept, 20 minutes walk to town. Great restaurants close by on the river shore!

Cons:

Breakfast is organized poorly, probably because it ends at 9am so people arrive at 8:45 at the same time. The selection is ok but could be better for the continental stuff, the layout should be changed may be... I don't know but a 10am breakfast should be much better.

On a jamais vu le bar de la piscine ouvert
Et peu de service et volonté de faire plus que l’indispensable de part le personnel

Tout un peu trop au minimum alors que le lieu est magnifique et il suffit de peu bn pour le rendre grandiose

A fabulous stay at this great value for money accommodation. The pool and gardens are beautiful.
Pros:

Breakfast was well improved from May 2025, when we were last at the hotel. Food was much better and hot. Egg station was great.

Cons:

There were very tiny ants on the benchtops in our room 541.
