Friendly staff good breakfast and convenient for BG stadium

Well located. Near a good outdoor Thai market. Decent price. Very Nice staff (sans 1). Few amenities. But that’s ok for the price. I would skip the breakfast as it’s monitored by an angry chef who sits in the small dining room with a scowl.

Second time staying at this property, it's clean, comfortable and a convenient for a visit to BG stadium which was the reason for my stay

Pro: clean, good condition, next to small, delightful, shopping center (including restaurants, massage and dentist), night market, etc. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

Con: no elevator, also.. power to room shuts off when leaving the room, with no air conditioning room becomes stifling hot, upon return, takes approximately 20 minutes to cool down, but one can't temporarily leave room or air conditioning shuts off! Hope they can address this somehow. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Upon arrival we were informed of the street parking only and that the hotel only had 3 spots, 1 of which is reserved for EV charging. The floors of our room were dirty, this has a lot to do with the open patio that you have to go through to access the bathroom. The hotel staff did not help us with our luggage. A decent enough hotel as long as your expectations are mild.

Easy check in/out, clean and friendly hotel. I stayed here to go to the football which was a 10-15 minute walk along the road

This is probably 4th or 5th time using this hotel. Room is clean as usual. Shower is warm enough, need a bit more power. Staff are kind as usual. It would be nice to have more amenities (e.g. toothbrush) and safe in room as I always suggest.

Few nights in here and room was really clean and nice. Restaurants near by.

This is probably 4 or 5 th visit, and the hotel staff was always kind. The room was spacious. The wall seems to be a bit thin as I could hear other tourist talking/passing in front of my room. Need safe in each room for longer stay, just for a piece of mind.

食堂はありませんが、向かいに食べるところがいろいろあります。

Hotel is off the main drag so not ready to spot.

Kind staff, smooth check-in and out, powerful airconditioner, large bed, security gate.
[Cons]
Weak shower, no safe in the room, broken toilet, rooster crow.

This was my second stay in this hotel. The staffs were nice and professional, room was clean, shower was okay. One disappointing thing was that, the neighbor seems to have roosters and the noise of their cry woke me up at 5 a.m. everyday...
I'm not sure I will come back for third time, but so far this one seems to be the most balanced hotel in the area.

Like a budget hotel, lots of restaurant nearby were closed

There is no elevator and we had lots of bags and they couldnt put us on lower floor we dicide to go to different hotel and they wouldnt refund us becouse there was only one person on staff that night

In conclusion, this is a good, low-priced hotel with potentials to be even better.

Anyway, this is definitely a good choice and I will repeat when I visit there again.
It would be nice if there are any improvements on those drawbacks until my second visit.

Pretty good location, clean hotel and friendly staff. Good size room with basic amenities. Air-con not cold enough though and also no lifts

the location was the best in area. the price compare to the facility not really. the toilet need to be check for cleaning i found some p double e left over under seating also the bedsheet are full of dust also no evalator overall the place might be the best in the area if not the price.

Restaurant nearby. Convenient for short stay.
Take note that this hotel does not have a lift.
