Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé. L'accueil est chaleureux. On trouve tout l'équipement nécessaire dans les chambres.
Le petit-déjeuner est bon. Le lit est très grand.

Cons:

Le lit est vraiment dur.

Don’t stay unless you want your belongings stolen
Pros:

It was a nice place to stay until they go through your belongings while cleaning the room and steal over à 100usd in foreign currency

Great for a short stay in Old Quarter
Pros:

Great location in the Old Quarter.
Room with balcony was great value and breakfast was very good.
Staff were all very helpful with Hayley being exceptional.

Fine. Could be better.
Pros:

Not that i liked about this but, Got a balcony and my feet barely fit 🙃 I’m 5’4

Cons:

The no call options available. I was locked in my room for 20mins and i tried to reach out to reception but the phone was not plugged in and then i tried the phone number from Booking.com and google but no one responded. I was alone and started banging the door. Sometime later the staff heard me and tried to open.

Goede ligging in de old quarter. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was simpel, maar prima

Cons:

De kamer en badkamer kunnen een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Vieze voegen in de badkamer. Wanden en plafond zijn verkleurd en smerig

ホテルスタッフ（フロント）の人間性は良いがホテルとしての管理、教育は今一だった
Pros:

フロントの担当者はフレンドリーで気持ち良い対応だった

Cons:

・チェックインしたが、初日は同系列のﾎﾃﾙへ１泊してくださいとのことで事前連絡なし。
・ホテル側に都合で変更であるにもかかわらず「窓無し」「TV　作動せず」と普通以下のレベルの部屋だった。
・部屋の床が雨漏りした。テレビのスイッチが入らずフロントの対応で視聴可能になった。
・翌日以降のがルームサービスでベッドメイキングがされていない。
・水（ペットボトルのサービスはあったが、部屋呑みのインスタントコーヒーと紅茶のパックが支給されず、
　３日目に苦情を言い手渡しで頂いたが「ごめんなさいの一言も無い」逆メイドさんに睨まれた。　　
・チェックイン時にレイトチェックを依頼して料金を前払いしてあるにもかかわらず
　最終日「通常チェックアウトの連絡を受けた」→依頼済の事、説明して了解してもらった。
・食事が淡泊で連泊している身としては毎日が代り映えしない不味くはないが今一だった。
・最終日の明け方、部屋の中にA/Cのコンプレッサーの唸り音が急に耳につき眠れなかった。
・空調のリモコンが時々作動しない（何度かボタンを押していると設定できる）ことが何度かあった
