Pros:

Very central location which was amazing. Clean rooms, nice staff who always said hello. Can do laundry from this hotel. Great value for money, perfect for a base in Hanoi.

Cons:

Our bedroom didn’t have a window looking outside, the window was going into the staircase, but did have a private bathroom. Overall, we were okay not having the window as it was just good having a base in Hanoi that was cheap, cheerful and in a great location.

Cons:

Price is not worth it, 80eur per night with balcony, but only 1 room in the hotel on 5th floor has balcony where you can sit outside. All other rooms has balcony where you can barely step on, no chairs. Rooms are old, worn out and not comfortable. There is no spa area or anything, spa is probably one room at the back of the hotel. Hanoi has many more cheaper better hotels to book

Easy, clear communication. Would come again
Pros:

Where it was located it was very easy to get around from it.

Cons:

The mattress was sadly extremely uncomfortable, definitely need new mattresses. The room wasn't like the photoes, felt it wasn't clean enough.

Honest stay
Pros:

The price-for-value ratio was ok, I got what I paid for. Honesty should be rewarded.
I was allowed to leave our bags very long after my check out and that suited my plans very well.

Cons:

The room didn’t have a window but only a light shaft.

Ik veronderstel dat het normaal zal zijn

Cons:

we verbleven een nacht in dit hotel omdat we net op doorreis waren. toen we bij de receptie aankwamen. we moesten de volgende dag om 5 uur gaan. Toen vertelde de receptioniste ons dat, aangezien we ons ontbijt niet gaan ontvangen omdat we vroeg zouden vertrekken, ze ons bij vertrek een doos met ons ontbijt bij de receptie zou geven. En op het moment van vertrek was de receptioniste een ander meisje en ze sliep, dus gaf ze ons niets.

Pros:

Great location, everything within walking distance. Laundry right across the street. Decent breakfast and staff were very helpful. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. The shower was great, the water pressure was excellent and the hot water lasted for a long time. The balcony was nice too.

Staff was friendly but improvements in cleaning need to be made
Pros:

They had a 24 check in & were helpful in arranging airport pick up when last minute changes had me coming in at 3am . Bed was actually 2 full size beds so very big!

Cons:

The shower area had what appeared to be mold in the grout and caulked areas. I realize we all live in the real world with other animals, but when I returned to my room there were 2 bugs crawling on the bed. ( not bed bugs) even tho I had no food in the room.

Such a shame about the rooms, as staff and location were good.
Pros:

Good location. The breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Room wasn’t how it looked on photos. Huge gap in the door leading out to the balcony, freezing cold in the room with the draft. Everything was build badly and tv hanging off the wall practically. Bathroom not clean.
