Nie podobało mi się podejście do klienta.
Szukałem pokoju z osobna sypialnią i taki znalazłem. Jednak miał on taką samą cenę jak pokój bez sypialni i Booking przełączył mi moja rezerwację na pokój bez sypialni.
Nie zauważyłem tego to fakt, moja wina, ale po przybyciu zorientowałem się, że zaszła pomyłka i chciałem zamienić pokoje.
Pomimo mojej prośby obsługa nie zgodziła się na zmianę pokoju, pomimo że ten z sypialnią był wolny i w tej samej cenie.
Po mojej wiadomości zmienili cenę pokoju z sypialnią o 40zł i tym argumentowali odmowę.
Chyba nie tedy droga, robienie z klienta "głupka" to nie najlepszy sposób na rozwiązywanie problemów.
Wystarczyło napisać, że zaistniał błąd cenowy, lub błąd bookingu.
Można było to załatwić, ale się nie chciało. Niesmak pozostał.

Do innych wad można zaliczyć:
Brak lub zepsuty termostat w kranach, ciężko ustawić ciepła wodę. Raz leci gorąca, raz zimna.

"Latajaca" deska klozetowa.
