lady at the counter was sweet and offered a room upgrade! the room was nice whimsy and has everything essential. the hotel isnt too far away from the bus stops hence convenient. air conditioning was rly strong it got pretty cold at times. great place for short stays
My number one place to stay in Singapore. Only down side is getting downtown during F1, but close to Kallang MRT

Polite and helpful staff and clean room
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The hotel exceeded expectations and made everything hassle free. Rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, service was prompt, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience.
no laundry services on site, I had to walk 4 blocks to get it done. The sound from the neighbors and outside the hotel was so loud. The hotel room I was in smelled like mold and chemicals. The staff were really nice and helpful. It was impossible to contact the hotel/property manager to complain.
This is a bare bones hotel. Not really anything to write home about -- just somewhere to sleep at night. The room was clean.
As a many times returning guest I highly recommend it if you want a quiet, no hassle hotel!

Great location with many local eateries just around the corner. Rooms were clean staff was awesome, friendly and even returned my $100 when I lost my receipt. A special thank you to Mao Mee ( receptionist) for her assistance when I lost my passport at the local restaurant. Overall, exceptional experience in every way.
It was all fine. Room was small for 4 people but perfectly adequate for 2 night. Staff were nice. Shower, air con all good. All okay for price paid I would recommend it as a budget option but it won’t blow your mind.

The picture on the site is very deceiving. The room is very small as you walk into the room, you will literally have no other space to place your lugguges. The room is about 2 suitcase wide. Windows don't shut, no ice, no water to drink and the water machine has lukewarm water. The only thing good is that the location is decent. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel.
Very clean comfortable bedding, nice quiet room
Receptionist are very kind, hospitable and very accomodating. I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future.
I highly recommend to everyone who will come and visit Singapore.

Checkin agent could barely speak English ! Gave my wife and I a room overlooking street with bright hotel lights blaring into our room 205.Room was small and bathroom barely had any room to move.They ask for $SGD100 cash as a deposit on checkin??! too .Using credit card has up to 14 days before credit comes through??! Hotel is away from airport and in a small street.Service is poor and hotel is old and tired.Would not stay here again …
Walkable to bus stop, convenient store, restaurants. The room is nothing like the pictures. Book an deluxe double beds room and from the picture it shows 2 beds with a pull out sofa but in reality the room only have one bed and they pulled out the sofa to make it into a second bed. The room is very tiny.
