Baan Tanwa - MRT Ratchadapisek

The property was very walkable and how good food all around. I walked almost everywhere I wanted to go withen 1 km

I was disappointed at hotel as it was different from the pictures. Not very clean nor nice both inside and outside. Shower booth is small and water pressure is very weak. Hotel doesnt provide enough complementary drinking water. Only 4 bottles and additional is chargeable. Even more, location of the hotel is not that close from MRT station, rather it is quite far by walk. I dont recommend this hotel for family. This hotel is just for single traveler with low budget.

If you want to feel welcome, this is the right place to stay.

Normally we travel to eat out of the hotel, but we kept coming back to eat every night.

The talk you can get with the owners makes this place at must visit.

Property easy excess to MRT (only abt 10 walk, 500m). Room was comfortable. Surrounding area is quiet. Staff was great & helpful.

Definitely will come back.

Ich bin positiv überrascht von der Unterkunft und habe meinen Aufenthalt verlängert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmergröße ist okay. Die kleine Küchenfläche mit Waschbecken, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlschrank und Wasserkocher ist sehr praktisch. Das Bett ist relativ fest, ich finde das gut. Das Bad ist ziemlich sauber. Die kleine ebenerdige Duschkabine hat keine Tür. Dadurch läuft immer etwas Wasser aus der Dusche.
In einer Ecke im Zimmer sind ein paar Mini-Ameisen an der Wand, aber die stören nicht, sondern erinnern eher daran, die Küche sauber zu halten und Lebensmittel zu verschließen.
Die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig und es schallt vom Flur. Es ist ziemlich ruhig, weil aktuell wenig auf meiner Etage los ist.
Im Lobby-Bereich gibt es neben dem Pool ein paar Gym-Geräte und Waschmaschinen. Das ist für mich auch sehr praktisch.
Die MRT ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Convenient, near BTS. There are cups, plates & cutlery in the room.

Very beautiful

I booked this hotel at last minute because I wanted to be near my bus station for a next day departure.. My time there was very enjoyable and relaxing so I booked another night. I wished I had time to book more nights but I will come back in the future.

シャワーのホースが外れかけていて、水圧が弱くなっていた

Every staff is so kindness and friendly.
I’d like the hotel to improve the followings,
- Shower water pressure is not enough to wash long hair, stronger water pressure is better.
- Hotel gave us only one card key, but it is inconvenience to stay by two person, when we did our laundry. Could you prepare two card keys.

Very Spacious and Comfortable Apartment Type Room. My room had 2-side windows, so it was bright. Quiet Place. Enjoyable Swimming Pool. Kind staffs.

- Walking distance from Metro Station, but there was no sidewalk, so it was bad enough with carrier.

優點：
1. 房間內有獨立流理臺非常棒。
2. 離地鐵站走路約10分鐘，還算近。路上有兩間超商，很方便(1間7-11，1間全家)。在飯店對面的全家比較小間，東西要齊全一點的話建議走遠一點點到地鐵站附近的7-11。

缺點：
1. 到飯店的路上，道路都比較小條，但車子不少，所以行走有點危險，晚上行走須注意安全。加上路上排水溝是無加蓋的V字形，如果拖著行李箱應該會很不好走。有帶行李箱的建議自行斟酌是否選擇入住該飯店。
2. Check in時，被告知沒有我預定的房型(兩人房一張雙人床)，因此被換到同人數的不同房型(兩人房兩張單人床)。訂單控管上需再加強。
3. 衛浴備品沒有牙刷牙膏。

補充：
入住時會收取訂金，退房時檢查OK後會全額退還。

It’s suit with the price. Staff is very nice and good service.

I had a business meeting at the Sun Towers this hotel was very close and the best price we found for what we desired. The Pool area rooms and Hotel itself was very clean the staff very helpful in all matters.

I will be returning for any future plans I have in the same area of BKK. Cheers Job Well Done !!

Decent pool. A bit gym facility. Near family Mart. It's a quiet Hotel but not far from the main road and local restaurant nearby

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff close to the underground rail system. There is a superb Vietnamese restaurant downstairs and a beautiful clean pool. My room had a good air conditioner, fridge freezer and was on the 8th floor with excellent views over the city.

nice hotel far from the crowds, however its new and could improve a lot in certain areas like staff training
