The services this hotel provided were exceptional, true 5 star hotels while staying in Chongqing. I didn’t believe 10/10 score when i booked it on Expedia. It’s earned that score!

A truly beautiful hotel across from the Hanya Cave site. A park next door and convenience shops nearby. Its easy to take the train across the bridge to get to the tourist sites. It costs less than 75 cents to take the train in this way. Very calm place to dip in and out of the bustling Chongqing tourist areas from.

I stayed in Regent for my birthday. From check in to check out, the staffs were perfect and professional. The luxurious and spacious room was immaculate. I can’t wait to return!

Is defiantly best hotel in chongqing city. One of the best service hotel in china . Every service detail in this hotel is super perfect. I could find any place to judge their service . The room maintain in good condition , the food very good . I tried the Chinese restaurant and the lounge food and breakfast . Everything in this hotel is perfect . We had wonderful honeymoon stay here .

Rooms are spacious. Service is top of the line.

Awesome staff definitely great place to stay

My corner room offered breathtaking panoramic views of the Jialing River and Chongqing’s futuristic skyline, blending perfectly with the hotel's timeless elegance. The design truly transports you to the past with its Chinese traditional influences, yet it's seamlessly infused with modern luxury.

I loved the wooden tones throughout the hotel, from the grand lobby to the beautifully curated Spring Festival decorations—the gold accents were stunning! It felt like stepping into a scene of classic Chinese elegance, reimagined for the modern traveler.

A highlight of my stay was the Regent Club access—indulging in champagne tea time and the elegant cocktail hour was the epitome of luxury. The dining experiences were equally impressive:

🍜 Breakfast at Yu Kitchen was a feast of authentic Chongqing flavors, setting the perfect tone for the day.
🌶️ Li Jing Shuen took Sichuan and Chongqing cuisine to the next level—posh, refined, yet explosively spicy (seriously, be prepared)! The flavors were bold, luxurious, and absolutely unforgettable.

One of my favorite spots? The River Terrace. Watching the sun set over the river while sipping on festive New Year cocktails was pure magic. At night, the cyberpunk skyline of Chongqing lit up spectacularly, making for an unforgettable ambiance.

Overall, Regent Chongqing is the perfect fusion of tradition, luxury, and breathtaking cityscapes. An incredible stay—I’d return in a heartbeat!

This was our first time in Chongqing. The Regent was a lovely place to spend the week. It made for a great base for getting out and exploring the city.

I would definitely recommend it to others, be it for business or leisure travel. A few things stand-out:

- Location: Nestled in the relatively quieter CBD and right off a bridge makes for easy Didi pickup and dropoff. Hotel looks out on iconic sights like Hongya Cave. You can also walk ~25 minutes over to the Qiansimen Bridge and watch the city light up in the evening from there.

- Staff: Everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome. When I wanted to double check whether tickets were needed for the Chongqing Planning Exhibition Hall, the concierge kindly called on my behalf and translated for us. (You don't need tickets, and should totally go).

- Amenities: Room was spacious, clean, and loaded with snacks. There was also a daily free laundry allotment which we got good use out of since Chongqing is hot this time of year.

We celebrity birthday in the robin’s steak house and I would say it could be one of the most memorable ones. Seamless service, fabulous food and romantic vibe, every single detail is quite well polished. The on site made cake is delicious and innovative and the cute suit looking napkin just hit my heart. A GREAT shout out to Effy Zhuang who helped with the booking, arrangement and a nice gift. Thanks to all the team members in the Robin’s creating such a wonderful night. Cheers
