It’ll do the job but won’t be a happy memory
Pros:

Located on a busy street this place is notable for its lack of professionalism and cleanliness.
Rooms are bearable but the general areas are quite depressing

Pros:

I had to pay extra for a new room because they had put me next to an elevator and I asked to be moved because of noise. Room size for a deluxe room I had booked was too small.
Condition of new room I was switched to after paying extra was poor, shower was leaking , water flow was very slow, fridge in the room was not working, breakfast was always cold, coffee and tea pots were dirty. Hotel is next to a busy road with lots of traffic.

The hotel was located at a super busy and noisy free way, in between construction sites. The lobby was sad, the corridors and rooms gloomy at the best. The hotel is not located in the old area, not in the French quarters.

전자도어락으로 바꿨으면 좋겠어요.
세면도구를 확충했으면 좋겠습니다.

에어컨 청소를 깨끗히 했으면 좋겠어요( 필터교체, 청소)

Pros:

really poor. old property, while my room was clean but there is literally nothing that would keep you there, not even tea/coffee in the room, no facilities at all, no greeting or thank you from the staff. Next to a very busy road

Good location to walk around Hanoi, clean hotel room, shower was good. Breakfast had a lot of selection. Staff were very friendly.

The room has large cockroaches in it. I got food poisoning from ordering food from the hotel. And the pillows are too bulky to sleep on

Un hotel muy acogedor, excelente relacion calidad - precio. No te esperas encontrar una habitacion tan comoda! La cama buenisima. Pero lo mejor de todo es el personal que trabaja alli, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte con todo lo que necesites. Un agradecimiento especial para Jennifer Le, que nos ayudo muchisimo e hizo que nuestra estancia fuera magnifica.

Close to main part of town with many restaurants in 5 minute walk small mini market next door. Like many hotels on main roads noise could be a problem . Nice breakfast in morning.
