Ein charmantes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, zur Stadt zu Fuss kurze 10min, zum Strand 1min.
Mitarbeiter, so wie die Hausdame sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ja die Zimmer sind klein, weiss man aber, der kleine Balkon mit Privatsphäre war perfekt. Gäste sehr ruhig. Der Pool war ein Eyecatcher, extrem sauber, schön und gross genug zum schwimmen.

Cons:

Morgens kann es etwas laut werden, wenn die netten Putzfrauen ihre Arbeit beginnen, also Öhrstöpsel sind ein muss, wenn man gerne ausschlafen möchten.

Grundsätzlich gut, wenn man einen höheren Standard möchte, muss man mehr bezahlen. Gut für Familien mit Kindern und Haus
Pros:

Die Besitzerin konnte mit uns Deutsch sprechen.
Der Pool war stets sauber.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Service war super.
Parkmöglichkeit war auch sehr gut, der Preis dafür war fair.
Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und immer für angenehme Temperaturen im Zimmer gesorgt.

Cons:

Als wir angekommen sind, sollten wir in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht werden, welches nicht den Zimmern entsprochen hatte, wie gebucht.
Wir haben natürlich nicht akzeptiert.
Dadurch dass Tiere gestattet sind, war permanent Lärm im Hotel, sowie in der Aussenanlage (Hundebellen), ausserdem sind die Zimmer sehr schlecht isoliert, weshalb ständig Lärm durch Stampfen, Putzfrau und Türenschlagen, war.

Das Hotel wird mit 3 Pools beworben, davon war aber nur einer geöffnet, die anderen beiden waren permanent geschlossen.

Відпочивали у цьому готелі з 24 липня по 4 серпня 2025 року. Готель дуже чистий, комфортний, близько до моря, а басейн то просто вау🔥
Персонал просто чудовий. Дівчатка в ресторані приємні і завжди готові допомогти. Прибирання номерів було щодня ідеальним, рушники також завжди чисті і свіжі.
Сніданки багаті та смачні.
Поселили нас зразу по приїзду, а це 11 година, це рідкість для інших готелів.
На рецепції дівчата завжди уважно вислуховували всі прохання і зразу допомагали у вирішенні.

Vous êtes replacé dans un autre hôtel situé a côté sans être avertis avant ! Première surprise.

Les photos et la description ne correspondent vraiment pas à la réalité. Il s’agit plus d’un 2 étoile que d’un 3 étoiles.

La climatisation n’en est pas vraiment une ! Plutôt une soufflerie.

Le petit déjeuner est mauvais et pauvre en choix.

La grande chambre était très petite. La salle de bains minuscule ! Vous ne pouvez pas lever une jambe dans la cabine de douche sans toucher la cabine ! Le balcon est également minuscule.

Le frigo du mini bar fait un bruit énorme toutes les 45 minutes.

Et encore pleins de choses négatives ! Mais pour le positif :

Personnel de nettoyage absolument adorable et génial !

La piscine est top. Un peu petite mais bien ! Attention peu de places autour du bassin et pas de parasols.

Very central to main strip of Riccione. Walking distance to the main retail district and Beach plus lots of restaurants close by.
