A very well maintained hotel.

The hotel is in a prime location a few minutes from beach road and walking street. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and very clean. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Pros: Great, friendly staff. Perfect location. Food is okay. Room is very large and the snack bar was pretty convenient.
Con: May have had the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I ended up booking another hotel for my second and third night, and just eating the loss, after the first night because it hurt my back so much. Even when I was in the military sleeping on a cot in Iraq, I wasn’t as uncomfortable as I was on that bed.

Great for solo traveller, close to the action, with great sports bar/pub on main floor. Only complaint was outside noise but thats Pattaya.

I stayed for 3 nights.
Large room, very clean, good Wi-Fi, nice shower, big balcony of the front of the soi, with a slight beach view , the bed was firm which I like. I would recommend and stay here again. I ate breakfast twice here, it was ok! It’s a 10 minute was to walking street with plenty of 7/11 shops and massage shops too, 2 minute walk to beach road. The added bonus is that you have a private entrance for guests so you don’t have to walk through the hotel. Thanks for having me. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

If you’re looking to explore Pattaya and Walking Street, this is probably the best hotel for you. Extremely great value, the rooms are clean and spacious. The cleaning ladies always make sure to keep the place clean. The staff are all very kind and enthusiastic, always making sure the customers feel safe and have a great time.

Nice room.and people very friendly. Close to Walkig street and royal garden and Mike shoping. baht bus is very cheap 10baht. Building noise can be a bit annoying...

Clean room and great customer service. AC in room was great kept room cold even though 90 degrees outside.
Great location, walk to Walking Street and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Taxi bikes at the Beach road intersection. Overall great experience - second time here.

Location on soi13/4 was ok close to entertainment area and acess to beach.
