Einchecken mit 4 Personen dauerte über 20 Minuten.

Für eine Nacht in so zentraler Lage empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Während die Brötchen gut waren, war das Rührei leider übergart und kalt.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer stehen würde. Wir haben durch Zufall bei der Abreise im Kartenheft gesehen, dass man sich Wasser bei der Rezeption geben lassen kann. Ein Hinweis beim Einchecken wäre nett gewesen.

Angenehmes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern und angenehmem Ambiente
Pros:

Hotel war zentral gelegen, Viele Möglichkeiten einzukaufen, sich etwas anzuschauen (2 Museen direkt gegenüber) und im Hotel Barbereich zum abends abschalten.

Pros:

Extrem zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, kreativer Barkeeper, geräumiges ruhiges Zimmer und super zentrale Lage fussläufig zum CCS

Pros:

Zuerst hatte ich Zimmer 201. Das war eine Katastrophe. Die ganze Nacht ein Geräusch der Technik (wie eine Waschmaschine). Das Bett hatte keine Bettkante, sondern nur die Matratze als Außenkante. Bei 90 cm Breite nicht optimal. Dieses Zimmer ist eigentlich nicht vermittelbar. Nach einer Beschwerde bekam ich Zimmer 525. Da war alles bestens und da gab es nichts auszusetzen. Alles andere war gut, allerdings das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Vier Sterne sind akzeptabel.
