Beste Lage, das Hotelzimmer war sauber und normal ausgestattet.
Das Frühstück hatte eine solide Auswahl zu bieten.

Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen, es waren ein paar schöne Tage.

Pärchen - Übernachtung kurzfristig
Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum von Suhl war perfekt, mit Sicht auf den Suhler Herrenteich mit Wasserfontäne, sehr gut. Restaurants und Bar's sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar! Das komplette Hotelpersonal freundlich und echt zuvorkommend, top! Preis/Leistungsverhältnis geht noch.

Cons:

Alle Zimmer ohne Balkon, begrenzte kostenpflichtige Stellplätze f. Auto's direkt vorm Hotel, aber nicht für alle Hotelgäste ausreichend! Frühstücksbuffet entsprechend für ein 4****Sterne Hotel und 19€/Pers. hart an der Grenze - hätte ich mehr erwartet! Bad für zwei Personen gleichzeitig zum Nutzen, bisschen eng und allgemeine Zimmergrösse für DZ dann doch etwas klein.

Zuvorkommendes Personal. Doppelzimmer als Einzelreisender ohne Aufpreis.

Cons:

Angesichts der Hotelkategorie und des Preises gab es für mich keinen Kritikpunkt.

Pros:

Parkplatz für Motorräder waren kostenlos.
Frei nutzbarer Wasserspender

Cons:

Mischbatterie der Dusche sowie Duschkopf veraltet und sollte erneuert werden. Zimmertür ließ sich nicht einfach zu ziehen musste mit der Karte beim Verschließen verriegelt werden.
Zimmer waren zu warm.

Für einen Kurzurlaub ok.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, man konnte sehr gut darauf schlafen und es war sehr leise.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Badezimmers ist nicht mehr die neueste und hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel könnte das Frühstück etwas mehr Auswahl und auch mehr Qualität bieten.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, wissen darum nicht, liegt es zentral?

Cons:

Der erste Eindruck: es erinnert an ein großes Bürogebäude oder Schule, halt Plattenbau. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Teich, wo Jugendliche bis spät abends ihre Musik spielen und sich lautstark unterhalten. Die Zimmer: Katastrophe. In allen Ecken purer Dreck, im Bad die Dusche... eklig. Auch wenn ein Hotel schon etwas älter ist, gibt es heute genügend Reinigungsmittel. Pfui.

Frühstücksservice ist sehr ausbaufähig.
Das gesamte Personal im Frühstücksraum hat nur geguckt, wann der nächste Teller auf dem Tisch leer ist, um den sofort zu holen.
Kein "Guten Morgen", kein nettes Wort, gar nichts.
Absolut nichts in der Minibar. Abends keine Möglichkeit im Hotel noch etwas zu trinken.
