Pros:

Good location and secure facilities with fairly quiet pod floors. There is a communal area which is quite cosy and good to relax in since you can make a little more noise here. The toilet facilities were also very clean and attended to.

Cons:

It is a capsule hotel after all, so it isn't going to be the most comfortable experience you have had. The alarms from other people can also wake you up so be wary of that. There is also only one elevator so you might have to wait quite a while at times to move between floors.
