Great value and location, the staff were helpful and while it was a lot of people, I never felt crowded.

浴場があること。
ウォーターサーバーがあること。（知らなかったので外で水を買ってきてしまった）
カプセルホテルに慣れていないのでロビーの使い方がよくわからなかったが特に案内もなかった。慣れるのみ。
フロア内を夜中に足音を立てて歩く人が騒がしかった。音というよりは振動がくるので厄介でした。
チェックアウト5分前にお手洗いを利用したくて戻ろうとしたらフロアにもう入れなかったこと。
荷物持ったまま狭いロビーのお手洗いは使いにくかった。
Closeness to the lively and popular area of Namba. Having a well-supplied and clean kitchen area available (microwave, cooking area, ice-machine etc) was a real bonus. Quiet and respectful sleeping area. Laundry facilities.
Mattresses were thinner than expected. I would have liked the choice of a private stand-up shower room, instead of just the onsen shower/prep area. Having an ‘up-steps’ sleeping capsule, where the single mattress took up the whole space, made it challenging to organize/reorganize my stuff/backpack.

寝室が上のベッドだったが下の部屋と斜めにずれているため上り下りがしやすかった。
This was our first time staying in the capsule hostel, and we loved sleeping in the capsule. It was surprisingly quiet and dark. My favourite part though was the public bath, especially to warm up when it was very cold outside. It was such a relaxing way to refresh and reenergize before touring around some more. The included pajamas were also wonderful!
The capsule was quite warm, and the luggage / locker area was a bit cramped so it made it a bit tricky to organize suitcases. It was not a big deal though; for the price, it is worth it! It felt very safe, and there are multiple lockers if you are worried about valuables in your suitcase in the common area.
