ホテル自体はピカピカ。周囲はやや無味乾燥でしたが
Pros:

建物は新築？と思うほどのピカピカ状態でした。
部屋も広さはありませんが、すべてが新しく快適でした。
立地も中心部からやや離れていますが、メトロの駅に徒歩２分位と交通の便は良かったです。

Cons:

若干中心部から離れていて、しかも周囲が大きな業務ビルなので人気が余りなく、治安上は問題ないでしょうが、滞在を楽しむような環境ではなかった。
朝食レストランも非常に綺麗なのですが、全面道路が木１本なく窓からの眺めは無味乾燥でした。

Hotel buona posizione e di qualità
Pros:

Ambiente tranquillo, colazione di qualità, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione e dal centro. Camere insonorizzate, pulite. La macchina del caffè a disposizione nella hall.

Cons:

Niente, lo staff ci è stato sempre di aiuto, ero con un gruppo piuttosto grande e c'erano varie esigenze da soddisfare.

Kind staff, good location, perfect sleep and clean rooms.
Pros:

Public transportation was close by (couple minutes by foot to the metro station and most buses). There are lots of restaurants and diners close by, but the area itself is very silent during the night. The breakfast was nice as well, it had lots of different options (eggs, sandwhiches, baked goods, fruits and vegetables, dairy products, coffee, etc, and the staff made sure there was everything available at all times. The room was cleaned every day, and everything was left smelling amazing. Cleaning staff didn't speak English, but reception was available in multiple languages 0-24. The aircon worked well, and there are lots of light options too. The WiFi was also super fast, and the beds were comfortable, we slept really well. Overall we are very satisfied with our weekend stay.

Cons:

You can smell the beer factory during the weekdays, so I recommend visiting during the weekend. There is also a fountain on one side in the garden, that could be an issue if someone doesn't like noises during the night.
Luggage can be left at reception if You arrive early, but it's out in the open and not in a secured/safe area. There is also no minibar/fridge in the room, but they provide glasses and bottled water.
