Das Zimmer Design, Bad, Frühstück und Fahrradkeller.

Cons:

TV läuft über WLAN, WLAN lief aber nicht zuverlässig in Raum 502, also auch kein TV. Zusätzlich hatte der Fön schweren Wackelkontakt. Trotz Meldung bei der Rezeption wurde keiner der Mängel bis zum nächsten Tag behoben, nicht einmal der Fön getauscht. Die Rezeption war für mich enttäuschend.

The management pisses me off in their own failure to recognize the status of my booking.
Pros:

It was comfortable, the AC worked in a heat wave, and i like the location. The breakfast, when management recognizes the guest has paid for breakfast, is generally good and a good spread of foods, but unfortunately they don't track accurately when a guest has or hasn't paid for breakfast. And they never replied to my complaint about their own denial of what I had paid for. Shame on them - I'll report them to city authorities.

Cons:

The management claimed I had not paid for breakfast on the 2nd and 3rd mornings I was there, so they denied me meals I had paid for and they claimed I had not paid for breakfast whereas booking.com shows I had. The first morning I was 'on the list' for breakfast but the next 2 mornings I was not. This of course makes no sense in booking.com's system, as one can't only pay for breakfast on some/not all days. Also, I had to point out to the front desk on arrival how the elevator area stank of vomit; they should figure things out without a guest having to inform them of a sickening condition.

Great value for modern and spacious room
Pros:

15 minute walk from the main train station. Doesn’t look special from the outside but it really is a hidden gem especially for that price. The room was spacious and modern and the bathroom was huge. It was 38*C in Munich on the day I arrived and the A/C worked perfectly without being noisy or disturbing. Since my room was ready, I was already able to check-in at 12pm for an additional €10.

Cons:

There is no real luggage storage available. If you arrive before check-in time you can only leave your luggage in the small front desk area and they don’t tag it. So there is no means of checking who takes which luggage piece. Hence I opted to wait until 12 in the restaurant and opted for the earlier check-in.
