Pros:

This is a palatial hotel. I love the design very much. Because it's on a skyscraper, the view is superb. It's very convenient for shopping, dinning and transportation. Subway entrance is under the building and a mall is connected. It's highly recommended.

PS: Only a small flaw, the internet speed was a bit slow.

Pros:

No room upon arrival at 12:45pm, and the reception told us to wait for 40 mins so we went out to have a quick lunch. We ended up waiting for 2 hours to get into the room.

Also butler services didn't help at all. No replies/ very slow replies from wechat, and eventually we had to go downstairs to pick up our own food delivery. We waited for 40 minutes for the butler to reply.
