El personal que em va atendre a la nit va ser molt amable. L'habitació era ample i comfortable (tot i que una mica cara pel que s'ofereix). Vaig deixar encarregat que se'm preparés una factura pel dia següent i l'empleat molt amablement em va dir que la tindria llesta.

Cons:

Tanmateix, l'endemà al matí, una senyora empleada molt desagradable em va dir si volia factura, la demanés a Booking, que era on jo havia pagat. Que la factura me l'havia. de fer l'empresa a la que jo pago. Aquesta és la disputa de sempre. Com a encarregada de l'hotel, HAURIA DE SABER, com sé jo de moltes altres ocasions, que Booking NO EMET factures. Que és l'establiment qui les ha d'emetre. Doncs aquesta senyora, o per ignorant (era l'encarregada del torn de dia) o per mala llet o per mala praxis, no em va voler fer la factura i em va engegar amb molt males paraules i molt de cinisme.

The stay suited my needs but was not the best bang for my buck.
Pros:

The only like was the location in relation to the airport and surrounding shops (ie. Costco, Starbucks, etc).
The room was clean and a decent size.

Cons:

The bed sheets were wrinkled and did not look as a cleaned room should look.
The pillows on the bed were half the size of the pillow cases and the extra pillow case was tucked inside which looked very unprofessional for a hotel of that size and caliber.
The door stop was broken off in the bathroom and laying in the middle of the floor.
All in all for the price per night for this hotel I would stay somewhere else.

Great location. Very accommodating with parked vehicles while on vacation.

Cons:

Restaurant service was poor. Maybe they were understaffed that evening, but we rarely saw our server.
