This hotel checks all the boxes: clean, modern, economical (especially when booked through Sam's Club Travel), with a great breakfast, friendly staff, and a quiet, safe atmosphere. Its location on the outskirts of Houston is ideal. It's roughly midway between Hobby and Bush airports, with an easy drive to downtown. If I had to find one improvement (and I'm really reaching here), it would be the thin towels.
We accidentally left one of my sons books in our room. The staff kindly called and let us know so we could get it back

I love how cozy and spacious the room was
I didn’t like the fact that there was any free parting in the area. And the valet was $65 when it should have been at least $15-$20. The price was outrageous.
Clean and cost efficient hotel with nice staff that let us check in a bit early.
Breakfast was very basic and the location is far from the city if you're visiting for a reason that requires you to travel to downtown Houston like we did.

Super friendly and efficient receptionist, a model to use for other hotels! I arrived very early and fully expected to hear that my room was not ready - but not only did she find a room, it was also comfortable and quiet. The best. Also, there was plenty of parking!
The access from the beltway feeder road is a bit weird. You turn right, right, cross a huge bump that looks like it could remove the underside of your car (which I can say thankfully did not). So is fine if you're driving a rental car with insurance or a pickup. Otherwise go slow....similar thing using Apple maps on the way out. Go again over the huge bump, straight into parking lot of adjacent mini-mall, turn right, then left and right again....weird. Designed by an offroad rally driver? Mabye:>

We reserved a queen suite with a sofa bed. This room is large and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good with variety and attentive cooks.
The TV was positioned pretty awkwardly, and the shower was not very comfortable.
Compact nice comfortable hotel
Because the hotel is located right next to the highway, there is a noticeable amount of traffic noise, especially from passing vehicles.
I was also disturbed by a dog in a nearby room. Despite being on the fourth floor, I could hear the dog whining during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. It might be helpful if the hotel separated pet-friendly rooms from guests who prefer a quieter environment.
