No staff enough to take care of the food. Breakfast was worse than a 3 star hotel breakfast. The first day they didn’t even bring me the menu. I got the best room of the hotel and the shower box was leaking. The bed mattress was not 5 star hotel quality. There was no shampoo in the room when I arrived, I had to ask twice and wait almost one hour
