Que ahora el presonal que atendió estuvo muy amable, la vez anterior tuve que perder mi reservación, ya pagada, por culpa de la persona que nos atendió la cual fue sumamente grosera, ahora nos comentó la recepcionista que dicha persona fue removida de su puesto por prepotente y grosera, así que vuelvo a usar el servicio de hospedaje

El desayuno ha sido el más completo y variado en mis idas a Mcallen, la habitación cómoda y limpia, sin el ruido de la autopista a pesar de que está cerca, su ubicación excelente para hacer las compras.

Cons:

Lo único los asientos en el área de comedor que ya tenían varias manchas, como huéspedes también se debería ser más cuidadoso y de parte del hotel hacer el mantenimiento de la limpieza en esa área...pero solo eso
