Excelente atención de las chicas de recepción. Viaje con un adulto de tercera edad con discapacidad y nos brindaron la habitación más accesible que tuvieron disponible.
Sus muebles antigüos en buenas condiciones
Different I love it , unique
The garden was beautiful. The room big enough, but the doors don't seem secure with the ancient locking hardware. The lighting in the room left a great deal to be desired. Good coffee, but not free.
Falta personal de atención sobre todo en el restaurante. El hotel excelente.
The guest receptionist or hostess gave us an option of rooms, which was great! However, she didn’t give us any other information about the hotel services, such as food or amenities. Hotels advertises a restaurant and bar, but neither was available. They did offer a
wonderful breakfast in the morning. Pet friendly and was very clean. Would stay there again.
Is a very cozy and old hotel but the service is excellent inexpensive and great
The room was amazing. It was definitely a different experience from your main chain hotels. Would love to stay there again!
Interesting accommodation, a step back in time! The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, appreciated a kettle in the room and wifi worked near the office. Great to see the hotel has got a hair dryer now, perhaps lighting in the rooms could be improved and a TV installed in the common area too?
Las áreas comunes son muy bonitas pero la habitación es muy básica sin closet
Beautiful old hacienda. Instead of "cookie cutter" rooms, tastefully decorated restorations, and clean. Negative is no coffee available, in room or lobby.
There was a skeleton crew on hand. No one was available other than the night guard after 8 PM. The bathroom smelled like drainage, we saw two cockroaches and the room was very damp. Overall do not stay here. There are better options at the same or better price.
We arrived on the train from Creel. There was only one young woman that appeared to be working at the hotel. She checked us in, showed us our room, and believe it or not most likely cooked our dinner. Which was pretty good but expensive. The young woman did pour our wine generously. We asked her where all the tourists/clients were. She replied, "there aren't any tonight" Evidently, this hotel is booked mainly by tour groups.
Very nice atmosphere, great service. Really enjoyed the Hotel. No TV in room allows for complete relaxation. The gardens are amazing. Each room is unique
It was a nice hotel, but not enough value. There we no tvs anywhere, no wifi, not big enough. I had read that it was a 400 year hacienda on 16 acres. I thought I'd have the ability to walk around the property. It turned out to be about less than half a block area. Everything very old, except for the remodeled rooms. No locks on the doors, except rudimentary. The window doors had big cracks through which, I'm sure, the AC escaped. No kitchen visible anywhere. The Bonifacios "restaurant" was a couple of half rooms with tables and chairs. Not appealing enough. My idea of rustic is a Marriott.
This reservation was mishandled by Expedia. The management at this hotel did not have reservation No 7244432439692 in their records, they said not even having a contract with Expedia. Therefore I paid them my stay separately in cash. I tried to cancel reservation on the spot, but apparently it did not go through, for I am being charged on my credit card full amount for one night. Please review this mistake on your part and correct it.
My wife and I were not very "happy campers" that night, thanks to Expedia!!
