Pros:

Die Zimmer abseits der Straße waren gut und sauber. Der Blick zum Kanal war sehr schön.Es fand ein Handtuchwechsel statt aber bei 4 Nächten Aufenthalt keine Zimmerreinigung. Parkplatz PKW am Haus. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren freundlich. Optimal in Strandnähe.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut aber leider mangelte es an der Sauberkeit. Es wurde zwischendurch nichts abgewischt auch teilweise die Tische nicht. Der "Restaurantchef" machte keinen interessierten Eindruck. Das klappte in den anderen Fairfield Häusern besser. Vielleicht kann man auch irgendwann auf Einweggeschirr verzichten.

Wonderful hotel! Staff is definitely a credit to this hotel- extremely helpful, polite and go the extra mile for you! With restaurants, bars and close proximity to beach, why stay anywhere else! Chad, general manager, was extremely personable and welcoming!

Pros:

The Fairfield is a great place to stay in OCMD! It is in a great location with wonderful parking. Great breakfast with a nice clean comfortable room and balcony. Never had any problems with anything here. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help / offer what you need. The staff and managers greeted us well and were very friendly.

I like the location on the property.

Cons:

Paying for the parking and there not being enough parking on the property. We had to continuously park at the Dunkin Donut parking lot right next to it. Which if we are paying we should have to be there at a certain time or fight for parking. There was no parking neither in the front nor back at a certain time of the day. The room also did not have enough electrical outlets and the ones that did work some didn’t charge well at all.

Vraiment super!
Pros:

La chambre très propre et confortable, mais il manque seulement un fauteuil pour s’asseoir… Il n’y avait que le lit et une chaise de bureau… Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Le p’tit déjeuner au-delà de mes tentes, varié don, pour un séjour long, c’est très apprécié!!

Cons:

Il manquait une chaise/fauteuil dans la chambre.

Ideallly located near the beach and bay for watersport activities.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, which says alot about the ocean city area, not a trace of sand!
I loved the balcony and the location to the beach. They even have beach wagon and chair rental for the fair price of $25!! When I arrived it was about 3 hours to check in, the front desk gentleman were kind enough to give us a parking space until check-in while my family and I enjoyed the beach. The included breakfast was amazing and exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely stay here again!

Cons:

I felt the room was on the small side so I know we will need a one bedroom or den style room if we travel here again.

Solid hotel
Pros:

Hotel lobby needs some love. Cushions dirty and just not a great first impression. Hotel carpets in hallways have seen better days as well. The customer service was great, the parking lot was secure and safe feeling, close proximity to all the things and they even have wagons and sand toys for transporting things to the beach! Breakfast was great and the hotel rooms were clean and quiet. Overall nice stay. Price a little high but I think that is par for the course in ocean city in summer!
