Cons:

Being woke up at 5:00 in the morning by a barking dog, and kids running through the hallway at 10:30 at night into 11:30 .also was mildew on patio curtain. Our first room toilet was clogged had to move to another room

Pros:

Adella, Jimmy, Bobbie, Jordan, I forgot the name of the gentleman's who works the afternoon shift, and housekeeping, were all excellent host. Hotel is spotless. I clean my room, prior to staying for tonight, and dirty floors are one of my deall breaker, but the test was passed with flying colors.

Staff was nice and welcoming and friendly, room was clean, breakfast was awesome. The lady who makes the breakfast is very nice as well. Great location and great staff.

Fine for one night. Would like better shower facilities if needed to stay longer

Breakfast was good, location was convenient

Cons:

The water in the shower didnt get hot, just warm, and the shower sprayed water everywhere causing water to leak onto the floor (probably had buildup on showerhead). There was mold in the grout where the tub meets the floor

Staff was very friendly, we needed to change rooms after the first night and the staff was very accommodating . The breakfast lady was on top of everything, keeping the place clean
And making sure we had everything we needed. She even recognized us the next morning and asked my daughter how she did at the cheer competition the day before.

I liked the location of the hotel. I loved the breakfast! The staff in the breakfast area were so wonderful.

Cons:

When I arrived the lobby of the hotel was like a sauna. It was ridiculously hot! Then I went up to my room, and it was over 80 degrees! It took forever to cool the room down. I had to leave the balcony door open. The towels had stains on them and worst of all the one pillowcase was covered in mold! I took the cover off to see that the actual pillow was covered also. Overall, it wasn't the best experience.
