Good location - the hotel is walking distance to Myeongdong main shopping area and restaurants, but not among the crowds like Myeongdong I.
Service - the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and towels got changed daily, too. The convenience store at the lobby was a plus.
Mattress and pillows - they were very comfortable. It was well appreciated after a long day walking around the attractions.
The air con - it was noisy and the beds were beneath it. It was freezing cold if the air con was left on. We had to switch it off at night, but the room temperature was uncomfortable even for early July.
The size of the room - we booked a room for 3 people (2 adults and a teenager), but the size of the room was not suitable for that. We were very unlucky with the facing. Outside our room window was concrete wall from the building next to the hotel.

The staff are friendly and responsible. The rooms are big enough for us, and clean as well. The washing machines and the small convenient store at the lobby makes everything so convenient.
It’s a distance from Myeongdong shopping district.

Very clean. Location - walking distance to Myeongdong Street and other restaurants, cafes, and convenient stores.
The room temperature is set and locked. We couldn’t make the room cooler. How is the outside temperature 74°, but our room is 78°.
