Excellent hotel au coeur de Seoul
Pros:

L'hôtel est magnifique et très propre, le personnel est très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'emplacement est exceptionnel !
Le gs25 dans l'hotel est un vrai plus, surtout qu'il propose toujours beaucoup de choix

Cons:

La salle de sport est très petite et un des 4 équipements était cassé.

When I entered the room, the smell was very strong, like body odor.

When I checked out, I asked the front desk to place my luggage on the first floor for me. She refused, but she put the checked-out luggage for the person in front of me on the first floor, and I have to go to B3.

The location is very good, and the front desk staff has a good attitude.

Cons:

1. There is always a strange smell in the room, and I can't get rid of it when I open the window every day.
2. There is something wrong with the window of the room. Every time I push it to the maximum, as soon as I let go, a part of it will bounce back, so that the window can only open one seam.

ما اعيد التجربه فيه مستحيل بسبب الافتقار لنظافه والرائحة السيئة

الموقع ممتاز مشي 15 دقيقه عن ميونق سونق الشارع الرئيسي،
طاقم الاستقبال رائع ومتعاون جدا في اي مانطلب او نشتكي منه
يوجد ماركت داخل الفندق
اغلب السكان من شرق اسيا تقريبا العائلة الوحيده العربيه بستثناء رجل من دولة خليجية
الفندق يعتبر فندق اعمال حسب افادتهم لذلك لا تطمحن بخدمات (الخدمه ذاتيه)
يوجد غسالات ملابس ونشاافات لكن بقيمة ماليه بسيطه (عند تشغيل الغساله ضعوها على النظام _سترونق 50 دقيقه) لكي تخرج الملابس بنسبة بسيطه من الماء او قليلة، لانها رمجت على 40 قيقه وهذا يجعل الملابس لاتنشف من الماء حتى بعد وضعها بالة التنشيق.
الحمامات مجهزة بشطاف داخل الكرسي وهذه ميزه قليله بكوريا
الفندق امن بسبب ان مرتاديه عوائل ومحترمين

الفندق في ممرات الغرف والغرف نفسها لهم رائحة سيئة مثل الرطوبه او العفن او الكتمه
الغرف التكييف فيها جدا حار على درجة 27 درجه لتكييف المركزي او 26 ، اضطررنا لنقل لاكثر من 3 غرف ومازالت درجة الحراره عاليه اقل شي 26 ، حتى وجدنا غرفه التكييف فيها 25 درجه ، بالاخير اعطونا مراوح بالكهرباء قدرت تعوضنا شوي بالبروده بستثناء صوتها.
تعاون التيم معانا لتغيير وكانو طويلين بال ومتعاونين لكن ماكان بيدهم اي شي بسبب ان الفندق على ضخامته فقط جهازين مركزيين الي يعتمد عليه لفندق من 18 دور بمئات الغرف.
تنظيف الغرف اعطيه 7 من 10 والغرفه الاخرى بالدور الاخر 5 من 10 النظافة سطحيه
موكيت اوفرش الغرف الارضيه فيها رائحه وقديمة وباهته لونها رصاصي بخليط اسود ددرجتهم تغيرت لباهت ومافيه اي حياة ورائحة
مافيه اي خدمات مساعده نزلنا شنطنا من السياره للاستقبال للغرف مافيه اي موظفين خدمات نهائي.
الغرف ضيقة الممرات بين الاسرة نفسها ومابين السرير والمكتب او السرير والتسريحه ضييقه
الحشو تبع اللحاف بالي وقديم جدا لدرجة القطن من الداخل لونه اصفر ومتفرق.

Cons:

I had requested a take away breakfast for one morning (as we were leaving for a day trip before 7am) and I was told the request had to be made at least 24 hours before.
It was the first time that this has happened to me, and frankly they didn’t even try to offer some alternative options.
