Die Lage

Cons:

Leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Besonders der Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen hat einen äußerst negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Gepäckservice wurde man teilweise sehr unfreundlich, distanziert und wenig hilfsbereit behandelt. Von herzlicher Gastfreundschaft war leider nichts zu spüren.

Auch bei Problemen im Hotel hatte man nicht den Eindruck, dass diese wirklich ernst genommen oder nachhaltig gelöst wurden. Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren wiederholt in einem unzumutbaren Zustand, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich beeinträchtigt hat.

Am enttäuschendsten war jedoch die Art und Weise, wie mit berechtigten Anliegen umgegangen wurde. Anstatt sich um eine Lösung zu bemühen, fühlte man sich als Gast teilweise ignoriert und nicht ernst genommen.

Wir haben bereits viele Hotels besucht, aber eine derart unfreundliche und respektlose Behandlung haben wir bisher glücklicherweise noch nie erlebt. Insgesamt leider eine Erfahrung, die wir nicht wiederholen möchten und die wir anderen Gästen nicht empfehlen können.
