Location was excellent, super close to Coex and subway and there's quite many options for good restaurants nearby.
The blanket was a bit too warm maybe.

We went for the beauty expo at Coex and the location was perfect super convenient.
We recently experienced an issue with our booking dates due to an error on our part. However, what was most disappointing was how difficult it was to get any assistance from the hotel. Despite there being availability to adjust our dates, and our willingness to pay any difference in rates, we were met with a complete lack of flexibility and support.
As a result, we lost the first night of our stay. After the experience of trying to resolve this with the hotel and receiving absolutely no help, we arrived already feeling frustrated and with a negative first impression.
When traveling overseas and investing a significant amount in accommodation, a reasonable level of understanding and customer service is expected. During the same trip, other hotels we stayed at were accommodating and helpful in similar situations; unfortunately, this was not the case here.
Additionally, the room itself did not meet expectations. The shower pressure was very low, and the handle was broken. We were also surprised by the $100 charge for a lost key card, which seems excessive given the minimal cost of replacement—particularly as someone with prior experience working in the hotel industry.
Overall, this experience fell well below the level of service and quality we anticipated.
The staff at the reception is very helpful and the location is great as I had a conference in the COEX business trade center.
