Amazing accommodation
Pros:

La struttura è estremamente pulita, cambio asciugamani e lenzuola sempre PERFETTE. Personale super gentile e pronto ad aiutarti in tutto e per tutto col sorriso stampato in faccia in tutti i momenti.

Cons:

SE PROPRIO DEVO TROVARE UNA COSA NEGATIVA, poche smoking area nelle vicinanze e nessuna smoking area nel terrazzo o nella parte davanti dell’hotel (ma si tratta di piccolezze gestibili solo in parte dall’hotel)

La limpieza y la atencion, excelentes. Puede cambiar moneda coreana en la maquina del lobby del hotel.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitacion es minusculo, pero supongo que uno lo sabe antes de llegar. La manpara del baño es muy pequeña y se moja el piso cada vez que te bañas.

Nice hotel with convenient location
Pros:

Simple but spacious room, clean and comfy bed, good location close to COEX, nice staff

Cons:

The aircon system was a bit crazy as it was either too cold or too warm no matter what setting we used

Great location, upscale service.
Pros:

The location is very center and across the street from the airport bus terminal.

Cons:

The attitude of the check in staff and they gave us the room with no air con until i complained and got the new room, i mean its unbreathable without aircon and its definitely not winter when I check in (March).

Pros:

The hotel has a great location—just a 3-minute walk from the South Gate of COEX Mall, giving you a really nice Gangnam area experience. The metro station is about 8 minutes away, which makes getting around convenient. The entire building is dedicated to the hotel, so it feels very safe, and the room itself was very clean.

However, there were a few downsides. The hotel has a sauna, but it’s only available for men. Also, I got the impression that the staff were quite busy and not always attentive. At one point, I dropped something on the floor, and while it’s common in Korea for staff to at least offer help, the two receptionists just watched as I struggled to pick everything up, which came across as a bit rude.

Great choice if you’re staying in Korea for just a few days between your trips. Hotel provides the adaptors

Boa acomodação, staff esquisito
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado e com acomodação pequena porem boa.

Cons:

O checkin é somente as 18h 🤬. Aos fins de semana nao tem café da manha🤬. O pessoal do Checkin também nao sao dos mais simpáticos.

위치가 좋아서 현백이나 코엑스이용에 너무 편리합니다.

Cons:

다른방 물소리 때문에 잠을 설쳤어요.늦은밤, 이른아침 제 방 화장실에서 나는 수준의 물소리가 납니다.

분명히 전체금연인데 일부룸에서 담배 쩌든듯한 냄새가 나서 문의드렸더니 바로 방을 교체해 주셨습니다.
