A real good value for money. We will stay here again when we next visit Osaka.
Pros:

Conveniently located - the property was right outside a metro station, just 10+ mins walk away from the heart of Shinsaibashi, with lots of restaurants nearby of different price range, easily accessible from Kansai International Airport. The thing I like the most about this property is that they have you all covered - a wide variety of amenities provided free of charge at lobby, e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, shower towel, bath salt, comb, etc, which is really considerate. It was also one of the cleanest hotels/inns that I'd ever stayed in as well. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We booked a double bedroom, it was comfortable and clean, but it was a bit small as my child and I had 2 pieces of large luggage. However, this is common in Japan. It was within our expectation.

Good value for money
Pros:

First, location, the Metro station entrance, which is also shopping mall is in front of the hotel. From that point you have 250 meters to two metro lines which gives you lot of opportunities.
Then everything is on a walking distance, like Dontobori and Namba, which is great in the evening.
Third, breakfast is great. More japanesse style but great.
Also lot of free stuff from lotion to salt for relaxation after long walk.
Room was the smalest on our trip but since we only slept there it was ok.
At the end good choice for money

Cons:

Our room window was too close to the next building so we didnt have natural light and thats really was a big issue for me, but for few days, we survived.

Pros:

房間非常內部非常乾淨、整潔，維護得很好，盥洗的水溫、水壓都非常合宜、舒適，房內及一樓提供的備品非常充足多樣，還有各式的咖啡、茶包。
一樓有一個可以休憩的小地方，入住、退房、或是當日行程開始前都可以去坐一下，也是非常舒適。
早餐很多樣，還提供了大阪特色的料理，非常推薦加購早餐，我很少吃生魚片之類的餐點，但這次也嘗試了生雞蛋生魚片丼飯，非常好吃，還有一些日式的燉煮、湯品、麵也非常不錯，西式的義大利麵和麵包、優格也都有提供，另外還供應了非常濃、非常好喝的果汁，以及各種飲品，我整趟行程非常匆促，幾乎沒有什麼時間好好吃到當地的料理，這裡的早餐反而讓我有一餐非常日式的餐點。
大部分的工作人員都有點距離感，但最後退房和索取寄放行李的工作人員非常親切，也很謝謝她們。

Cons:

房間有點小，需要在門口才能半開大行李箱，無法全開，但因為浴室門外開，行李箱打開就會擋到浴室出入口，造成浴室無法開啟，盥洗前要開行李箱拿取物品後，又要把行李箱再次關上收好，才能進出浴室，盥洗後也是，有點不方便。

Geweldig!
Pros:

Het hotel en de kamer waren bijzonder schoon.
De kamer is niet groot maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Dichtbij openbaar vervoer en alle bedrijvigheid maar daar merk je in het hotel niks van.

Hotel con buena relación calidad precio.
Pros:

Cerca de shinsabashi, a 15 minutos de Osaka station. El mejor de nuestra estancia calidad precio.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación era un split individual que hacia ruido, las habitaciones carecían de la chapa interior de las mirillas, las almohadas eran muy mejorables pero nada mal por 82€ con desayuno incluido.
