Pros:

Very nice place to stay,very comfortable room and excellent view,room upgraded at no extra cost, beautiful surroundings,good location, nice pool
Staff very friendly and helpful
Would definitely visit again and recommend

Cons:

We didn't like the birds in cages, we found that quite upsetting, The birds should be free and able to fly not stuck in a small cage or any cage for that matter
Breakfast could have had a few more plant based options

Close to central streets of Ubud, but need to be fit enough for stairs.
Pros:

The pool and the jungle feel of the setting were the best things. the little balcony overlooked a fish pool and tropical greenery complete with birds and squirrels.
Reception manager was very helpful when we had to leave early and helped me to try and contact Booking.com regarding a refund.

Cons:

I asked for ground floor as I cant manage steps, and our room was on the ground floor but had to be accessed down several lots of steps with no handrails. Probably should have done more homework as many Bali places are like this. We decided to leave after one night as I couldnt really cope with the steps.
No dining room just a small cafe set up where you ordered breakfast the night before. we also had lunch there and it was ok food. Room furniture and bathroom a bit tired.

Posizione strategica a Ubud, appena fuori dal caos del centro comunque raggiungibile a piedi. Stanza grande con letto comodo, colazione abbondante e ottima, bella piscina immersa nel verde

Buena ubicación, olor desagradable
Pros:

Habitación amplia y ubicación muy buena. Ofrecen alquiler de moto a un buen precio. Personal amable.

Cons:

El olor de la habitación era muy desagradable, olía a humedad, pero ademas utilizaban un ambientador cítrico muy intenso que me daba dolor de cabeza.

El desayuno muy básico.
