Well done..

I didn't get the twin bed as per purchased and my name didn't appear in their system. But luckily the front desk offered us queen bed.

No remote control for tv & air cond..? Have to ask for kettle, yet it's not clean to use. Poor tv reception.
Plug point also is not user friendly.
Overall, better find another hotel with this kind of room charge.

Value for money

The room was not clean. With cockroach. I need to fill in the toilet tank myself to pump it as the pump was not functioning. There were ants, plenty of them in the room.

When i first arrived at the hotel, the staff didn’t even have the record f my planned stay although i had paid the full amount. On the the third day, he knocked on my door and insisted that i only booked for a night. It was only after i showed him again my confirmation email (which i did upon checking in on the first day) that he apologize and admit his mistake.

One of my worst experience so far.

I think most guest tend to stay here as there is not much hotels available in the town.

The rate should be considered too high for the condition of the room, facilities and services

this place very very very poor at all and I not recommend to others.the room like horror.

Water heater not working, bad services, staffs unfriendly

Due to event, I booked this hotel near to my event place just to stay for one night. I booked a single room and when I checked, they gave me a room at level 2 that is so bad with cigarette smell. Since I am not a smoker I asked the reception to change room for me. He told me the single all fully booked and if you want to change to twin room you have to pay extra. Furthermore, when I ask him about the wi-fi, he said no wifi at level 2 as the wifi signal can only reach level 1. So with no choice I have to pay extra for a room at level1.
The twin room was also bad. First of all they didn't change the bed sheet. I am very certain as I still can see the bed sheet stained with blood spots. The pillow case also look yellowish. The air cond and TV in the room all without remote control. Last but not the least the water heater in the shower room also leaking when you take shower. In overall, this is the worst budget hotel I've ever seen in my life. Certainly will not come back even they offer free to stay.

It is generally fine, although the bed-sheet was dirty, and the air-condition was blowing hot and cold throughout the night.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

No light at stair, so dark.

Absolute lousy...enttry stair no light...first room offerd dirty amnd bed stank of unwashed bodies...alternative room marning better...not so clean bed...fresh towels taken from rfeception just as well as towels in room used and one with a skid mark.
Martess should have been retired long ago as well past its usable date.
Bathroom plumbing failed with broken tap on shower. Floor not cleaned.
Feature of your advert..TV working but no reception.

I lost my way, the direction ,address given to the hotel was not recognized by Google map, it directed us to the commercial shops until I had to ask the locals for the location. When I checked it the staircase leading to the registration counter was badly lighted. The room was in bad condition, air con is not working well (not cold) , TV can't switch on, no soap in the bath room, sink has hole at the bottom...pillow and bed are really old!
