It is ok for the local people only and the most bad thing within 1 km there is no place to eat and no super market or 7/11 type shops.The most bad place so far i used from Expedia

This hotel is perfect for airplane layover, the staff working over there are really helpful, one of them used her personal phone help me order food.

Great friendly staff and service made my holiday very enjoyable. China is sa fabulous country.very friendly helpful & hospitable. The only inconvenience was the limited access to major metros. Very friendly people

Very good hotel to stay for flight transfer.

浦東空港やディズニーランドへのシャトルバスが利用できて便利でした。ホテルスタッフは親切で、Wechatを使って送迎のやりとりができました。私が日本語で送ったメッセージをスタッフの方は翻訳アプリを使って内容を理解し、私へ日本語で返信してくれました。フロントでの相談などは一部、翻訳アプリも使いました。
ディズニーランドへのシャトルバスは他のホテルのお客さんと乗り合い方式でした。ディズニー送迎のWechatグループに入り（乗車時にグループのQRカードを読み込んでグループに入る）ドライバーさんとの連絡もスムーズでした。お迎え時間や駐車場の場所、車のナンバーなどを知らせてもらえました。こちらは中国語でメッセージが送られてきたのでWechatの翻訳機能を使い、内容を確認しました。
部屋は古さも感じますが、毎日のタオル交換やペットボトルの水の補充もあり、寝るだけの私には十分でした。周りに飲食できる店はなさそうでした。

Worst hotel experience ever. Dirty. Don’t speak English but in English says to call this number for shuttle from airport. Spent more on taxi than room cost. I hate hotels.com for not vetting these hotels better.

空港ピックアップのために言われた電話番号にかけましたが別の番号を案内されてその番号は繋がらなかった。
結局ホテルにはいけませんでした。

Let me just preface this with “we only have ourselves to blame because we should have known when it was very very cheap” but……..
The place was a filthy mess stuck out in some dicey suburb that was (a plus) 15 mins by shuttle bus from the airport. Nothing in the area you would consider eating at and certainly no other shops or services. But the place was a dire rundown 1 1/2 star hotel with absolutely filthy stained carpet, black mould all over the bathrooms and everything in very poor repair. The toilet was new, and the sheets and towels were well laundered but it was an unpleasant experience to stay there. In the room opposite they had a gambling den that went all night and I’ve added a photo from the morning after which sums up the whole experience.
So this hotel is cheap! It does have an airport shuttle (shared with other cheapies nearby) but I recommend you spend a bit more and stay anywhere but here. Be warned there are a few hotels owned by the same group in that area too judging by their listings

1- The hotel is in nowhere and not recommend .
2- I waited 1.5 for bus pickup in the morning.
3- Staff said no bus afternoon or night and I have to pay for taxi.

Not clean! Dirty under sink in shower & stained carpet

It was a very nice hotel when it was new, but it's still a nice place to stay in. The airport shuttle doesn't run on the schedule provided, they have one shuttle that runs once an hour. I ended up taking a taxi from the airport the taxi cost was 84 Yuan because it was late at night
