Très bel hôtel, bien placé pour visiter, très bon restaurant en bas de l’hôtel : le steak out

Très confortable, très bon petit déjeuner et chambre impeccable

Cons:

Belle piscine sur le toit mais avec la pollution, ce n’est pas possible d’apprécier, l’air est vraiment saturé et irrespirable

Die Fenster aller Standard Zimmer waren ohne jede Aussicht, sie zeigten Schächte. In der Beschreibung steht „Window without view“. Ich finde darauf müsste deutlicher hingewiesen werden.

Pool was not clean (looked like the water was not getting filtered), inside spa area and small pool very dirty… Our shower window made the floor very wet because it was not made properly

The rooms were nicely furnished and the hotel nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and a good shower.
Nice to have a pool area and gym.

Cons:

We arrived after a long bus journey, quite late at night and there were no niceties, just straight to asking us to pay before we had put our bags down (we paid upon checkout everywhere else we have stayed in Vietnam). But we thought that’s fair enough, they do things differently. What we didn’t appreciate is when returning to the hotel one day after shopping, we were basically chased after to the elevator and asked what our room number was. We didn’t see anyone else get asked this. Ultimately, we felt like we didn’t fit the ‘business image’ of the people who usually stay at this hotel and so we were not made to feel overly welcome.
Upon checkout, there were no niceties again and we were not even asked how our stay was, just straight away asked to sign the bill.
The hotel was clean and nicely decorated but it lacked any sort of personal touch (which is ironic as it says this on their logo). We have stayed at many other hotels in Vietnam, where the staff made us feel appreciated and unfortunately we didn’t get this here. Disappointing considering it is one of the more expensive options.

Pleasant stay in a spacious room.
Pros:

I did enjoy swimming in the pool. It was colder than I usually swim in, but had it been warmer, it would have been full of people and I would not have been able to swim laps. The room was spacious, but not a big fan of carpets as they are hard to keep clean and do end up giving off an odor. There was a good variety of breakfast foods and we ate a delicious dinner as well. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was good, but the view out of our window was not great.
