Soggiorno in suite sotto le aspettative
Pros:

L'hotel si presenta come una struttura di grandi dimensioni con un'area reception dal taglio business, curata e ben organizzata. Il personale di front desk si è dimostrato cordiale e particolarmente disponibile: su nostra richiesta, si sono adoperati per organizzarci un autista privato per l'intera giornata, un servizio che abbiamo molto apprezzato.
Per quanto riguarda la suite, al momento dell'ingresso si percepiva un lieve odore di fumo, nonostante la camera fosse classificata come non fumatori. Dopo aver arieggiato il locale, il problema si è attenuato. La moquette appariva piuttosto datata e non ispirava particolare fiducia dal punto di vista della pulizia. Anche il mobilio risultava non più di prima qualità, seppur la stanza nel suo complesso fosse ampia e funzionale. La camera e il bagno erano comunque puliti e in ordine generale.
Sul fronte del bagno, si segnalano due criticità: la porta presentava un problema di chiusura e il supporto del telefono doccia era instabile, rendendo la doccia poco agevole. Si tratta di interventi di manutenzione ordinaria che sarebbe opportuno affrontare tempestivamente.
L'aspetto più spiacevole dell'esperienza, che mi trovo costretto a segnalare nell'interesse degli altri ospiti, è stato il ritrovamento di uno scarafaggio proveniente dallo scarico del bagno, comparso in serata nel lavandino. Comprendo che la gestione della fauna infestante possa rappresentare una sfida in strutture di questa tipologia, tuttavia l'episodio ha inciso negativamente sulla qualità complessiva del soggiorno. Sarebbe auspicabile un intervento di disinfestazione periodica più accurato

Cons:

Una ulteriore richiesta di pagamento per la seconda notte non l' ho compresa. L'ammontare inizialmente pagato infatti corrispondeva esattamente al costo previsto da booking.com. si tratta dell'equivalente di 5 euro, probabilmente qualche tassa ma non mi è capitato mai negli altri alberghi in Cina. Lo segnalo per opportuna conoscenza.

Eu voltaria a me hospedar neste ótimo hotel.
Pros:

Apartamentos confortáveis, excelentes instalações e equipamentos. Café da manhã delicioso. Funcionários de altíssimo nível.

Cons:

Um pouco de cheiro de cigarro, mesmo no setor para não fumantes, incomodou um pouco, mas não a ponto de estragar o conforto.

Very nice properly. Receptionist Ms Jenny was amazing; she helped me a lot. I had only debit card and cash with me and no Ali Pay to get the drink from vending machine.

Ms Jenny paid from her Ali Pay and helped me a lot. All front desk staff, rooms conditions very nice. Very nice service. Must recommended.

الفندق رائع سعر مناسب جدا.. يوجد مطعم قريب صيني مسلم نظيف جدا قريب من الفندق... يبعد عن المطار الفندق حوالي ساعه وقريب من المصانع خارج المدينه..
بإختصار الفندق رائع. أعجبني جدا وجود آله القهوه بالغرفه. وتوفر كهرباء ثلاثيه للشاحن بالغرفه

Perfect for
Pros:

We stayed for three nights during a recent business trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room was serviced daily. Within a 10 minute walk is a very modern mall (if thats your thing), the Zhengzhou railway station is a 2 minute walk away where you can easily access the bullet train to the airport or any other destination. For the price we paid, its a great hotel in an accessible location.

Cons:

The hotel lacks a bar however the hotel next door has a great bar. The hotel would also benefit from a pool.
