Pros:

Camera a fost foarte mare și spațioasă. Curățenie se făcea în fiecare zi in camera. Mâncarea foarte gustoasa, multa și diversa. Foarte aproape de trasee. Zona de spa curata, îngrijită, saunele foarte faine și funcționale la nivel optim de temperatura.

Cons:

Cina se poate servi doar daca anunți de dimineață și este sub forma de meniuri prestabilite. Mâncarea este foarte buna, însă as fi preferat sa avem și opțiuni a la cart pentru cina.

Una vacanza..in quota …con molto relax in un ambiente molto raffinato
Pros:

La posizione è strategica per ogni attività
La proposta per clienti è addirittura completata da una efficiente SPA
la cucina veramente di qualità nelle proposte e nella presentazione
Il personale molto attento nel servizio e con molta discrezione

Most beautiful hotel/resort. Spacious room and bathroom. Generous amenities (though didn't use). Garage parking very helpful considering the tourist traffice in the area.

Top locatie ongelofelijk mooi aan de voet van bergen de drei zinnen. Goede wellness vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Bedden waren erg slecht en het diner viel ons tegen ging snel door de gangen heen beperkte keuze.
Het restaurant waar we ons op verheugt hadden was gesloten. Daardoor vinden wij het niet voldoen aan 4 sterren.

Prachtig hotel op de mooiste plek.
Pros:

Zowel in de zomer als in de winter hebben we het hier heel erg naar ons zin gehad. Het hotel is heel mooi en schoon. Faciliteiten zijn dik in orde. En de plek is fantastisch

Exceptional location & facilities but service not at 4 star level.
Pros:

Outstanding location and great wellness facilities

Cons:

Staff weren’t trained properly. Guadalupe was the only one with a genuinely friendly attitude. All others gave you the feeling of being a constant burden. The pillows could do with an upgrade, too.
