La professionalità è disponibilità di Daniel della reception che a risolto tutti inconvenienti.

Ho alloggiato nel mese di octombre 2025 dove o prenotato una stanza sul Booking in base al avvicinamento con Aeroporto Iași e le recensioni positive. Al mio arrivo mia stata data una stanza che non era quella che io avevo prenotato dopo la reclamazione la stanza e stata cambiata. Ristorante era chiuso e o dovuto tornare in città per mangiare. Adio sogno di magiare in riva al lago. Per dormire un problema perche era una festa in Hotel e con musica alto volume. Hotel Ciric classificato 3 stelle, ma è paragonabile ad 1 stella in Italia, stanza ampia, ma vecchia, con animali /insetti che camminava per muri della stanza da brividi. odore di fogna nella stanza,ho dovuto mettere asciugamani sul sifone posto sul pavimento, mobilio vecchio, lavandino fisurato è tutto bagno da rifare come d'altra Hotel Ciric. Le foto non corrisponde alla realtà che è sinistro quando scendere dal Taxi e guardi pensi che ai sbagliato Hotel. Attenzione gli Taxi e un problema se fine settimana. NON CONSIGLIABILE Hotel Ciric. Ma do 5 stelle solo per gentilezza e professionalità ché Daniel della reception ha avuto nei miei confronti di consigliarmi e risolvere gli inconvenienti.
