Destrato e mudança de quarto. Ameaça.
Pros:

Fui instalada no apt 34 e dois dias depois fui informada que deveria desocupar, sem maiores explicações. A pessoa que tratou comigo foi grossa e somente disse que eu deveria mudar o mais rápido possível e que se não realizasse a mudança meus pertences seriam retirados do quarto, a força. Não tive qualquer ajuda para a mudança. Eu estava com meu filho de 7 anos e toda a situação foi presenciada por parentes. Fui ameaçada e destratada. Tive que tirar minhas malas, sozinha, e andar pelo percurso do hotel, com escadas e subidas (entre o quarto 34 ao quarto 5), sem qualquer ajuda. No quarto 5, onde fui colocada, a mesa da TV estava quebrada (meu filho quase sofreu um acidente, pois ao encostar nela a mesa desabou), bem como a fechadura do quarto saiu na minha mão. No mais, os dois ar-condicionados estavam jorrando água, de modo que os quartos ficaram alagados. Ademais, o lugar exalava cheiro de esgoto. Por ultimo, no dia 01/01/18, às 11 horas fui contactada pela administradora, via interfone e alertada para desocupar o quarto, de forma ameaçadora, ao que informei que minha reserva era até o dia 2/1/18. No entanto, a pessoa que me atendeu não acreditou e mandou eu enviar a reserva, feita pela Expedia, via what'up, sob pena de ter de desocupar o quarto. Nunca mais volto neste lugar. Um pesadelo.

Pros:

Local muito agradável e afastado do agito da Pipa, mas nem tanto, uma pequena caminhada. Perfeito para famílias. Apesar de muito prestativos, de acordo com o horário, os funcionários não conseguem resolver de imediato uma simples troca de resistência do chuveiro, não que o calor local necessite, mas como estávamos com um bebê foi um episódio desagradável. No demais as condições gerais são muito boas. Ótima piscina!
