Très bien !
Pros:

Le personnel très accueillant et serviable, tant au niveau de la réception que du restaurant.
L’emplacement aussi : idéal quand on a des choses à faire au Plateau.
La chambre est confortable et propre. Lumineuse aussi avec une belle vue sur la lagune.

Cons:

RAS.
Il manquait les capsules pour le café mais ça a été très vite résolu!

Pros:

Location was great. It was just behind the presidents office, a mall and the stadium. Very good location. Facilities were great. Cleaning was good. Their staff could communicate in basic English, which was swell because I don't speak French. They also helped with moving items. There weren't many formalities. I completed my booking less than 30 minutes before arrival and it was all sorted. Very good atmosphere. Nice small gym. The lobby and restaurant are also good. The place also felt private for a hotel, which was really good for me.

Cons:

The rooms were a little too small for the amount. But Apparently Abidjan is expensive compared to Anglophone West Africa. Also, my view from my window was a construction site. I probably should have requested a different room, though and I booked less than 30 minutes before I got in so, I guess I can complain too much. Also, there's no toilet privacy. I didn't mind the glass but a door to shut out sound and smell would have been good. It's only really good for a solo traveler without visiting guests, I guess.

Cons:

Besoin d'un entretien, litterie pas terrible, petit dej et repas hors de prix pour la qualité servi! Reste cher pour la qualité. Néanmoins l'hôtel reste centrale et quartier calme le soir.

L’hôtel est très bien situé au centre d’Abidjan , le personnel super gentil et accueillant.
J’ai été très bien pendant tout mon séjour rien à redire par rapport à la qualité des services.

Dans ma chambre, certaines ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas. J’ai également mal dormi, car le lit n’était pas en bon état et penchait d’un côté or j’ai initialement mal au dos.
