This should be a 2 star hotel - i would not consider this for a business trip

Cons:

Staff- when speak English and not the local language or french the staff are not friendly. They dont greet you or welcome you with a smile

The location is really not the best.

The place had shampoo and shower gel holders but they were never filled.

The network is also not the best.

The images are accurate but because the building is not well maintained the building does not look great. And around it are also abandoned buildings and random street holes.

Decent stay but poor customer service.
Pros:

The property is nice, freshly built it seems and well maintained. Location is also good.

Cons:

The staff is very lazy and most of your simple requests would be denied just because they don't want to take trouble. The property manager needs to buckle up or be changed. The rooms don't have universal charging socket which is norm in 4-5 stars and they won't provide you with adaptor. Basic amenities like kettle, dental kit etc are not provided by default and you have to keep asking for all the things. The speed of service is very poor. By no standard it looks 4 star in terms of service. Needs to improve.
