Cons:

Je suis resté 4 jours sur 7 pour recevoir la cle de ma chambre. A chaque fois je suis obligé de demander à l’accueil de m’ouvrir la chambre, et quand il y’a du monde à l’accueil je suis obligé d’attendre pendant une dizaine de minutes.

Key cards didnt work so had to be escorted to room everytime, lift didnt work during one day, room had a moldy smell.

L'attention portée aux clients est insuffisante

La localisation.

Cons:

Aucune aide du personnel lors du checking (difficulté lié à l'enregistrement avec le qrcode).
Pas de bouillorire, eau, café et thé dans la chambre. Pas de verre. Ai du en demander un et ne le voyant pas ve ir je suis allée en chercher un au bar
Ma demande d'avoir un fer a repasser a ete oubliée...
