Best place to stay ever
Pros:

Jordan and staff was exceptional with anything you needed. Very knowledgeable about the city, helping you to get around he made it very easy. I will book this hotel every time!

Cons:

There is nothing that I didn't like. Did detroit foundation is doing it right.

Family Weekend Getaway
Pros:

Foundation Hotel is a must in downtown Detroit. The building is rich with history and character. The accommodations and food & beverage program are excellent. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, lovely staff, a real gem
Pros:

Great location, nice restaurant, comfortable bed, finally a shower that you operate from the opposite side so you don’t have to stand in cold water!

Cons:

Uncared for areas near lifts on guest floors

Очень понравился отель, расположен в старом здании пожарной части, очень аутентично, современно, интересно, завтраки отличные по меню, два раза ужинали в отеле , тоже вкусно, живая музыка была в выходной день

Comfortable, welcoming, and stylish experience.
Pros:

What a great hotel, they have done a really nice job preserving historic elements and incorporating modern touches that enhance the experience. It was a really comfortable home-away-from home. The rooms are more spacious then they appear in the photos. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and kind. The Apparatus Room has great food.

Lovely stay, excellent location, the bar was gorgeous and the staff were absolutely wonderful.
Pros:

The quality of breakfast was good. The yogurt parfait was excellent.

Cons:

Our sink had no hot water, but the staff were very professional and accommodating. The room and the bed were exceptional.

The valley was a little confusing but I’m from the country and not use to the city life but our stay was absolutely amazing and a short walk to downtown
