Excelente ubicación y ambiente único en Detroit
Pros:

Ubicación:
Excelente. El hotel está ubicado frente a Huntington Place, lo que lo hace ideal para quienes asisten a congresos o eventos. Además, permite moverse fácilmente a pie por el centro de Detroit.

Desayuno:
Muy bueno. Si bien no es un desayuno buffet tradicional, la calidad de los productos es excelente y está bien presentado. Se sirve en el lobby bar/restaurante, un espacio amplio, cómodo y con muy buen ambiente.

Comentarios adicionales:
El hotel funciona en un antiguo cuartel de bomberos, lo que le da un carácter único. Está muy bien gerenciado, con un equipo cordial y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El ambiente es sofisticado pero relajado, sin excesos. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Sin dudas, una opción altamente recomendable en Detroit.

Unique artsy comfortable stay walking distance to Stadiums
Pros:

Unique property just on the edge of the chaos of closer to the stadiums. However still great walking distance.

Cons:

Stay was great!

Only a suggestion to add direction signs for room locations when you get off the elevator. Would be helpful for initial finding your room.

Perfection!
Pros:

The staff were the stars! All friendly, professional and they made us feel so welcome! Our room was beautiful! The attention to detail was superb! Definitely will stay here again!

Pros:

It was close to the convention center. Bar staff were the absolute best. I don’t drink so I went for a mocktail which was delicious. Michael, Sean, and another gentleman were incredibly friendly and kind, and they made us feel welcome.

Cons:

The guy who managed the restaurant was always curt, unfriendly, and seemed really stressed all the time. The room was lackluster and felt a bit dated - the decor would’ve been cool 5 years ago. Also, I put on the robe in my room to try it on and found half a pack of lucky strikes and a lighter, which says to me that those robes aren’t checked, cleaned, or changed out. For the price point, I had higher expectations.

This hotel is impressive, especially the high level of customer service. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
Pros:

Convenient downtown location, (across the street from the convention center), well-trained, customer-focused staff members who actually seemed to care about providing a high-level of service to their guests, sophisticated architecture and decor, and a darn good restaurant on site.

Cons:

$45 a night to valet park seemed high for the Big D, but it is what it is.

We would stay again.
Pros:

Cool atmosphere, loved that the space was once a firehouse and was repurposed to be a hotel. Coffee in the morning was appreciated. The front desk staff was very friendly and gave us good information.

Cons:

The light fixtures next to the bed were set very high on the wall and could not be reached from bed to turn them off, we had to get out of bed to do that - it was a little annoying, not a deal breaker though.

The Foundation for an enjoyable stay in Detroit...
Pros:

Staff were relaxed and approachable. Unusual design and decor - definitely something different. Surprisingly quiet location at night, but within easy reach of downtown and transport options. Also plenty to enjoy in the Apparatus Room restaurant and bar area.

Cons:

Lobby area and main entrance is a bit basic, but consistent with the unusual vibe of this place. Don't go expecting a standard Marriott/Hilton type experience!
