Su kesintisi yüzünden kaygılanmasaydım harika bir deneyim olacaktı.
Pros:

Otel merkezî bir konumda, hemen arka caddesi Başçarşı'ya çıkıyor. Başçarşı ve civarındaki her yere, otelden yürüyerek rahatlıkla gidilebilir. Ayrıca otobüs ve tramvay duraklarına da çok yakın.

Oda ve banyo her gün temizlendi ve havlularım yenilendi. Yatak çok rahattı. Saraybosna Ekim ayında geceleri oldukça soğuk ama otelin ısıtma sistemi yeterliydi diyebilirim. Bazı geceler ayrıca klima açtım, daha rahat uyudum.

Odalarda ses yalıtımı var mıdır bilmiyorum ama odamda sükunet içinde kaldım. Ne diğer odalardan ne de koridordan ses ya da gürültü geldi.

İçme suyu ücretsiz olarak veriliyor, bu şahane bir uygulama.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü.

Cons:

Otele gelir gelmez büyük bir şok yaşadık: Gece 10-11'den sonra suların kesildiğini ve sabah saatlerinde geldiğini öğrendik. Bu kesintinin otelden kaynaklanmadığını, şehrin genelinde olduğunu söylediler. Halbuki biz, Saraybosna'ya kalabalık bir kafile hâlinde gelmiştik ve her birimiz farklı otellerde konakladık. Diğer otellerde ya da konutlarda kalan arkadaşlarıma su kesintisi olmadığını teyit ettirdim. Resepsiyonistin bana yalan ya da eksik söylediğine eminim. Ancak en azından dürüst davrandı.

Su sabaha karşı geliyor. Ancak sıcak su ile duş almak için için sabahları erken davranmanız lazım çünkü saat 9'dan sonra almaya kalkarsanız su ılık oluyor.

Su sorununa rağmen emsallerine göre oda fiyatları oldukça yüksek. Diğer otellerde yahut apartlarda konaklayan arkadaşlarım, benim ödediğimin neredeyse 2/3'ünü ödedi. Ben 15, onlar 10 gibi düşünün.

Diğer bir can sıkıcı durum ise tuvaletlerde taharet musluğu yok, maalesef. Bu gerçekten çok can sıkıcı. Onu ikame edebilecek bir sistem olarak takdim edilen "bide" saçmalığı dahi yok. Müslüman konukların da düşünülmesi bir yana, bütün konukların kişisel temizliği ve otelin hijyeni için taharet musluğu hayati bir önem taşıyor.

Otelin ısıtma sistemi gündüzleri oldukça iyi çalışıyor ancak geceleri ya derecesi düşürülüyor ya da kapatılıyor. Zira geceleri üşümeye başlayınca klimayı açmak zorunda kaldım.

Oda biraz küçüktü ancak tek kişi idare edebiliyor. Elbise dolabı yoktu, yalnızca askılık vardı. Bu durum, oda tipine göre değişiyor sanırım. Ayrıca aydınlatması maalesef zayıf.

Oda ve banyo her gün temizlenmesine, havlular her gün yenilenmesine rağmen hiçbir gün yeni terlik bırakılmadı.

För dyrt för det man fått!

Cons:

Jag fick ett rum utan vattenkokare då man inte kunde dricka te eller kaffe, sängen var obekväm. Efter 6 dagar var jag tvungen byta till ett mycket bättre rum på övervåningen, med även möjlighet att göra kaffe eller te. Det var också flera nätter oväsen, skrik på hotellet från visa gäster så att man inte kunde sova!
